The Don CeSar
The iconic St. Pete Beach Pink Palace offers an exclusive elopement package with an officiant, photographer, handheld bouquet, and champagne toast with up to 8 of their closest family and friends for $3,000.
Ceremonies are held Monday-Friday from 9-11 a.m. and offered to only one couple daily.
A minimum 2-night hotel stay is required.
The Birchwood
Inspired by the 1920s glam era, The Grand Ballroom at The Birchwood features both indoor and outdoor celebration space with breathtaking views of Tampa Bay, Beach Drive, and the amazing Downtown St. Pete Skyline.
Couples rave about the luxurious chandeliers in the ballroom, the personal service of being the only wedding of the day, and the intimate feel of the elegant boutique hotel.
The Birchwood‘s Small Wedding Packages include a four-hour cocktail and dinner reception, open bar, champagne toast, linens, decorative chargers, candle centerpieces, LED uplighting, complimentary menu tasting, and a discounted hotel night stay. Couples may also add an intimate wedding ceremony element as well.
Reception Pricing starts at $150++/per person for up to 60 guests. 30 guests minimum, available Sundays-Thursdays.
Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club
With a private beachfront minutes away from St. Pete Beach, a ceremony gazebo, and a ballroom with an oversized dance floor, Isla del Sol Yacht & Country Club is a hidden gem for waterfront wedding venues.
The natural-light ballroom features 180-degree waterfront views of the Boca Ciega Bay and can be sectioned off to create a more intimate environment or to allow guests to spread out for extra space. The private club hosts only one wedding per day.
Intimate wedding packages are offered during select times of year on weekdays through Elope Tampa Bay.
The West Events
Step from the beach, The West Events offers a modern, industrial-chic venue in the heart of its iconic Old Florida
location in Madeira Beach.
The wedding space provides a non-traditional backdrop of raw brick walls, polished concrete floors, and an outdoor courtyard.
Packages include a 4-hour venue rental, planning services, officiant, your choice of altar, wooden cross-back chairs, catering, premium bar, florals, cake, champagne toast, DJ, linens, valet, and exit.
All-inclusive pricing starts at $11,500 for up to 25 guests and is available for up to 65 guests.
Mill Pond Estate
With 18 lush acres of open spaces and a variety of unique picturesque locations, Mill Pond Estate offers three nature-centered ceremony locations.
Elopement packages are available Monday through Thursday and allow for up to 15 guests with access to the entire estate for pictures.
The ceremony-only package includes a vow exchange in the Flower Garden, cocktail tables and ceremony chairs, a non-alcoholic champagne toast, and photography (up to 30 pictures) for a three-hour celebration for $3,350.
Add charcuterie and light appetizers to host a four-hour event for $4,800.
Yacht StarShip
Host your wedding on a private yacht in Tampa Bay or near Clearwater Beach with the Yacht StarShip.
Their private open-air top-deck yacht rental intimate wedding package for 25 guests or fewer starts at $1,000 and includes a ceremony set up with white chairs, a day of wedding coordinator, a DJ for the ceremony, and complimentary champagne.
Add on a 2-hour Yacht dinner reception cruise at per-person dinner cost. Prices range from $79.95- $125.00 per person

Nestled in a mature wooded oasis on the edge of beautiful Twin Lake sits one of Florida’s most spectacular private venues. Casani Estates is surrounded by vast trails, towering Pines, Bald Cypresses, and massive Oak trees and offers an elegant, woodsy garden atmosphere.
Elopement packages for up to four guests plus the couple, including the officiant, cake, and champagne, start at $1,500. Micro-weddings for up to 36 guests with an outdoor lakefront ceremony with arch, cake, and sweetheart tables, reception tables with linens and chairs, and complimentary appetizer trays, cake, and champagne starting at $4,000.
