About Our Venue
TradeWinds Resort is spread out on 40 acres and sits along 1,600 feet of award-winning St. Pete Beach shoreline. Multi-million dollar renovations include a fresh look for over 700 guest rooms, common spaces, and meeting areas.
TradeWinds offers 50,000 sq. ft. of indoor and 20,000 sq. ft. of outdoor event space and can accommodate weddings of up to 700. Tropical courtyards and beachfront terraces provide an awe-inspiring backdrop.

Pricing & Packages
Ceremony fee:
$2,400 up to 100 people; $2,700 101 people and above (25% service charge and 7% tax applies)
Meal Costs range from $121 per person to $160 per person.
We set food and beverage minimums based on the space that is selected for the reception ranging from $6,000 – $20,000
The Ceremony
TradeWinds has many options for ceremonies and receptions. Whether you want indoors or outdoors; toes in the sand or Ballroom “I dos”, we’ve got it all!
Ceremonies include: Designated Ceremony Location, Indoor Backup Location, White Wedding Chairs, Water Station, Complimentary Two-Night Stay for the wedding couple, and a Complimentary Amenity.
The Cocktail Hour
Cocktail Hours can be enjoyed overlooking the beach admiring the sunset or indoors in one of our elegant ballrooms.
Cocktail hours include: high and low cocktail rounds, white linens, Domestic and Imported Cheeses and Fruits and Petite Individual Crudité with Spring Herb Dip.
The Reception
Receptions can be hosted either indoors or outdoors on our property!
Receptions include: tables, chairs, white linens, white napkins, dining ware, servers and bartenders.

Hannah Poff is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with nine years of experience, dedicating the last few years exclusively to creating unforgettable wedding experiences since August of 2021. With a keen eye for detail and passion for turning wedding couples’ ideas and dreams into reality, Hannah specializes in crafting personal and enchanting ceremonies and receptions at our stunning beachfront property.
Outside of work, Hannah cherishes time with her toddler and loves spending leisurely days on the beach, drawing inspiration from the serene coastal environment to enhance the magic of each wedding celebration.

We would go to St. Pete and the Rum Fish Bar & Grill at the TradeWinds Resort all the time for dinner. We loved the destination wedding feel of the TradeWinds, even though it was only 10 minutes from our house; it was the perfect fit.

We focused on finding a location that was not only beautiful but also family-friendly, especially for Louisa and all of our nieces and nephews. It was important to us that the venue offered fun and engaging elements for the kids to enjoy while still fitting the vibe we wanted for the day. Additionally, we needed a venue that was within driving distance to make it convenient for our family and friends. We made sure the venue was at an approachable price point, ensuring all of our guests could attend and celebrate with us without any added stress. The slide and the aquatic obstacle course at TradeWinds Resort were the main selling points.
We treated our guests to a delectable seated dinner with options of fish, chicken, or filet, delicious choices for everyone! Plus, we had plenty of hors d’oeuvres to keep everyone satisfied throughout the evening. For drinks, we had the most fun and stylish signature cocktails. ‘Michael’s Marg’ was a spicy skinny margarita that added a kick to the celebration, while my signature drink, ‘Flora’s Flamingo,’ was a refreshing vodka grapefruit soda concoction. These cocktails were served with charming flamingo toppers, adding that Barbie’s Beach House’ touch to the festivities.
