Timeless, Classic Ivory and Blush Downtown Tampa Wedding | The Vault
“We wanted a very timeless, classic, romantic theme for our wedding, very neutral colors, and a lot of candles. The crystal candelabras were my biggest focus. We chose ivory, blush, and sage for our colors. We felt it was a classic look that complimented the venue, our vibe, and time of year! Plus it went really well with all the candles!”
“The reception was at The Vault which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony space, an outdoor courtyard, and a cool bank vault for a photo booth. The Vault was super attentive to all of our inquiries and suggestions especially when it came to the menu! Chef Cody let us go off-menu for everything and made us several Cuban inspired appetizers to pay homage to my heritage and Tampa roots.”
“Our first dance was the most memorable moment. We were able to finally take it all in. All of the planning, stress, and every little detail finally came together perfectly while looking at each other and taking in all of our loved ones.” -The Bride

Classic White and Gold Downtown St. Pete Ballroom Wedding | The Birchwood
“I would describe our wedding theme as classic, traditional, and elegant. We kept our theme to a very neutral palette and more simple with our main colors being white and gold. These colors also complemented the reception space perfectly!”
[After touring] The Birchwood, it was an immediate ‘when you know, you know’ reaction. It’s such a classic gem in downtown! The ballroom’s glam and elegant aesthetic, with hints of vintage and modern décor, matched our wedding theme perfectly.” – The Bride
“I wanted all of the florals to be white, but I also wanted to incorporate lots of greenery. The greenery idea kept advancing as the planning went on. It started as just being added to the bouquets and centerpieces, and we also decided to have it extend across the bridal party feasting tables. Then we added cascading greenery to the ballroom entrance, as well as over by the dessert tables, and made that space more of a statement wall. We decided that we wanted these tall gold stands for our centerpieces, which they were kind enough to order for us! They really went above and beyond to make our décor complete.”

Romantic, Luxurious Pink and Gold St. Pete Beach Wedding Inspiration | The Don Cesar
“The theme of this shoot was classic romance. With the Pink Palace as our backdrop, we couldn’t resist the unbeatable color palette pairing of blush and gold. The Don CeSar is the iconic jewel of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The entire wedding creative team took our vision of classic southern aesthetic and made it come to life,” -Wedding Planner, Riley Gersch, owner of Elegant Affairs by Design
“I was inspired by the iconic pink color of the hotel. The pink marbling and sugar flowers were used to give it a more luxurious feel over a normal wedding cake. We placed the sugar flowers in a way that gave the arrangement some movement and interest. Sugar flowers are 100% food safe and will add an artistic element to any cake.” -Emily Lopez, owner of Tampa Bay Cake Company

Romantic Pastel Sunset Rooftop Wedding | Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach
“For our photoshoot at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach, we chose to go with the theme of elegant, upscale beachy. We loved the hotel’s light pink color and the blue of the ocean just beyond it. We wanted to keep our tones more neutral to complement this, and we also wanted to shoot at sunset, We chose to incorporate a lot of neutral white and ivory tones and glass elements to enhance the beautiful colors of the setting sun with the hotel’s light pink setting.” -Lauren Reeser, Event Coordinator with Coastal Coordinating
“The inspiration for this photoshoot was to help couples envision their day, even though it may look a little different, smaller, and more intimate. With many couples having to cut back and adjust their wedding details and guest count, it can still be an amazing day and everything they could dream of and more!” -Lindsey Sikes, Event Manager at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Jewel Toned Vintage Bohemian Downtown St. Pete Styled Wedding | Station House
“The inspiration was vintage bohemian; fall is my absolute favorite time of year! The smell of the gorgeous crisp air and rich, jewel-toned with vivid hues of orange, eggplant, and golds, made for a dramatic and romantic fall feel. The rich colors, patterns, and textures of the decor and style of the venue offered a vintage style with a little boho twist.” -Heather Tyler, owner of Blue Skies Weddings and Events

Whimsical Succulent Inspired Downtown Tampa Wedding | Rialto Theatre
“Valerie and Bob are an all-around ‘cool couple’ who didn’t get swept up in the formalities of planning their wedding. They truly made it their own!. Rather than doing numerous round tables, they wanted their guests to have a more intimate feeling for dinner. Long tables with numerous guests seated on each side lined the theatre. To emphasize the ‘theater’ theme and to highlight the fact that Valerie and Bob like to attend concerts, the guest place cards were personalized tickets. The live band played covers of rock classics, such as Tom Petty, and included the groom’s high school teacher, who traveled from overseas to be a part of their wedding.” -Staci Mandikas, owner of UNIQUE Weddings + Events.
“Valerie and Bob had a specific look and style in mind for their wedding day. Their original idea for the ceremony design was an arch that Bob’s best man was going to build for them. Valarie wanted to know if I had another idea for that area if they decided not to do an arch. I knew exactly what I would do if we didn’t do an arch. Trees! I told Valerie that trees made out of curly willow and greenery would go perfectly with her style. I also explained that we could move the trees behind the sweetheart table after the ceremony to create the perfect magical backdrop during the reception. She loved it all and decided to not do an arch and to go with the natural tree design.” -Jean King, owner of Monarch Events and Design.

Burnt Orange and Neutral Tampa Heights Boho Inspired Wedding | Armature Works
“Our colors consisted of soft whites, neutrals, sandy blush, greenery, and burnt orange. Since it was a summer wedding, we wanted it to feel light, airy, and natural while still having pops of more vibrant colors. We did not really have a theme, but we wanted it to have whimsy and a romantic vibe while still being modern enough to complement our industrial venue. We had an amazing party at the reception! I will never forget dancing the night away with my sweet husband, best friends, and family.” -The Bride

Luxurious Black, White, and Gold Clearwater Wedding | Harborside Chapel
“Out theme was timeless, traditional ambiance with a modern edge, and our colors were black and white with a hint of gold. We decided to go with this simplistic yet bold color scheme because we didn’t want to look back on our wedding day with regret. We have seen so many couples look back and regret their choice in color scheme, so we wanted to make sure we kept it simple in that arena.”
“Given that we spend half of our time living in New Orleans with Alex playing for the Saints, we made sure to incorporate The Big Easy in a unique way with a second line leaving the reception. The band made a line and played us out of the party to the elevator where we waved goodbye to our guests for the night which was really fun!” -The Bride

Dreamy and Luxurious Blue and Yellow South Tampa Wedding Styled Shoot | The Orlo
“Our theme would be described as dreamy, luxurious, and timeliness. We chose this theme because the venue is so elegant and timeless; we wanted to create a romantic setting to do right with the venue. We wanted to provide something new and fresh and tried to stay away from Pinterest to create that. We originally played off of the colors in sherbert and wanted to use this as a walking tool for the rest of the design. Creating elegance but having fun with it is truly what designers love! We had fun with the details; unique menu cards, the ribbon used as table numbers and seat assignments for each place setting, incorporating gelato/sorbet into the place setting, having a champagne cart because why not?” -Kelly Kennedy, owner of Kelly Kennedy Weddings and Events

Intimate Fall-Inspired Downtown St. Pete Rooftop Wedding | The Birchwood
““The photoshoot was designed to promote the ‘Boutique by The Birchwood’ packages, which are ideal for smaller celebrations ranging from 30-60 guests that occur Sundays-Thursdays. The ‘Boutique by The Birchwood’ packages include flexible floor plan options for both ceremonies and receptions. For this styled shoot, we opted for an intimate open floor plan concept that allowed an easy flow from the ceremony into the reception. The layout featured a mix of indoor and outdoor guest seating. We really wanted to highlight the Ballroom Terrace as a dining option, not only for weddings but also for rehearsal dinners or post-wedding brunches.” -Mary Barnett, Event Sales Manager at The Birchwood
“We went heavy on the Autumnal theme and color scheme and highlighted The Birchwood’s gold banquet chairs, ceremony draping, and arch. If couples are looking for ways to transform the space without breaking the budget they can really take advantage of what the venue already offers in their packages and add some simple elements like upgraded flatware, linens, and lighting. The Birchwood has a great outdoor terrace perfect for a small and intimate 25-person seated reception. We focused on the flowers, lighting, and linens to really make the venue space come to life.” -Jessie Soplinski wedding planner with Breezin’ Weddings

Luxurious Pink and Coral Tropical Boca Grande Island Wedding | Gasparilla Inn
“Our theme was classy tropical with a Mexican flare. I wanted a beach wedding without the beach but wanted the palm trees, greenery, and gorgeous flowers. My husband is Mexican, so I loved adding in the Mexican flare where I could. Our colors were shades of pink and coral along with emerald green. Those colors looked beautiful together and brought in the tropical vibe.”
“During the reception, my half-sister and our niece both read scripture, one in Spanish and one in English. Also, there were a lot of little details that we customized during the reception such as customized maracas saying “Shake it for the Beltrans,” monogrammed bar decor covers that my mom made, along with individually custom painted table numbers on tiles that my mom also painted that had a Mexican flare.” -The Bride
