What We Offer:
Amici’s is a Full Scale Off-Premise Catering Company specializing in Weddings, Corporate and Private Events for any occasion imaginable.
What Inspired Us to Start Our Business is:
I started washing dishes at an upscale French Restaurant in NY close to the Culinary Institute of America where I worked my way up through the ranks and fell in love with The Hospitality Industry. I decided to go to College in Florida at FSU and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant and Hospitality. I started my business 5 days after I graduated and it has been my passion ever since.
Our Personality Is:
Amici’s and our entire staff love what we do and it shows at each and every event we handle. We are extremely passionate about our business!
We Love Being a Part of the Wedding Industry Because:
We realize how important it is to really “wow” our clients in every way and especially on their wedding day. This is a day that many dreams about at an early age and we want to ensure that Amici’s will help make that day spectacular in every way!
What Makes Our Business Stand Out From Other Vendors Is:
Our executive chef was a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York and has trained and worked abroad for over three years honing and mastering her skills. She surrounds herself with a team of amazing culinary and hospitality professionals and uses only the finest and freshest ingredients in their food preparations and recipes. Our cuisine not only tastes amazing but is presented beautifully as well, through creative fruit and vegetable carvings and garnishes.
One Thing Most Couples Would Be Surprised to Know About Us Is:
When I was 11, 12, and 13 I won 1st Place for three years in a row as a NY Accordion Champion in my age division.
One of Our Non-Wedding Passions Is:
I enjoy all things related to the water! I love scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, fishing, and every water sport imaginable. I also love being a father to my two amazing children.
Pricing for wedding menus starts in the low $20’s for complete packages (that even includes all the china, flatware, glassware, and linens).

I was raised in upstate NY in an Italian Irish family and music and food were a huge part of my childhood which got me very interested in pursuing a career in catering. After working in a restaurant as a dishwasher, busboy, sous chef, and head chef I moved to Florida to study Hospitality and Restaurant Management at FSU, and shortly after graduating I opened up a meat market and deli in Palm Harbor. I did a lot of catering out the back door and after 14 years I phased out the retail and focused exclusively on catering weddings and events, which truly was my passion. The retail and service of the meat market and deli business helped to develop a large following which allowed the catering business to grow very quickly in a short amount of time. Currently, I own and occupy a 10,000 square foot state of the art facility in Oldsmar where we are very centrally located to the Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater market. We are a preferred vendor and caterer at over 100 Reception sites in the Tampa Bay area and have earned countless awards in our industry. I surround myself with the very best employees in the hospitality industry and continue to strive to exceed our client’s expectations in an effort to always create a “wow’ factor, earning stellar reviews from our happy couples and individuals that put their trust in our amazing team!

Amici's Catered Cuisine did a great job with our food and drinks! They were more than accommodating and answered the many questions and concerns we had along the way. We loved the chicken parm; it was so yummy!
We wanted upscale service and excellent-quality food. My husband wanted a formal four-course menu with full service and no buffet tables. We had a classic sit-down dinner. Amici's Catered Cuisine did an excellent job! Our menu included blue crab cakes, roasted pear salad, spinach and ricotta stuffed chicken, petit sirloin, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus bundles, a Viennese dessert table, and late night snack. Everything was delicious!
My family is Italian, and we felt that Amici's Catered Cuisine offered the best options for a reasonable price. Their service was great; everyone raved about how good the food was! Everything our caterer served was amazing and got rave reviews from all the guests, but the prime rib carving station and the passed hors d'oeuvres (especially the spanakopita) were the best!
My husband and I are definitely foodies, so we knew our cocktail hour and dinner needed to wow our guests.
It was really important for us to choose delicious food and have an open bar. We knew our cocktail hour and dinner needed to wow our guests, and I looked for a caterer who was both affordable and didn't compromise on taste or menu items.
We ended up choosing Amici's Catered Cuisine because of the diet entrée feature and their willingness to work with our customizations to their packages. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all; our guests still talk about how delicious both cocktail hour and dinner were, and how amazing our bartenders were at keeping the drinks flowing!
The taste of course! We also didn't want to spend an insane amount so pricing was key in our decision making too.
We attended Amici's Catered Cuisine‘s “Date Night” tasting which was super informal and probably my favorite part of wedding planning! They had a bartender, a DJ, an incredible amount of food, and other types of vendors with samples. We actually went to a wedding that was catered by Amici's a few days after our tasting, so tasting their food again really sealed the deal! Their service was outstanding. I was a ball of nerves on our wedding night so I didn't have much of an appetite. They ended up boxing all of the leftovers so we could eat them after the wedding.
Food was one of the things Rob and I were most passionate about when planning our wedding. We didn't need anything fancey; we just wanted food that tasted great and made our guests feel welcome and well-fed. Amici's Catered Cuisine totally delivered on that!
We went with a bit of a southern comfort theme to our food. Some of our favorites were the Truffle Mac and Cheese Bites, The Chicken and Waffles with Fire Roasted Marshmallows, and the Watermelon, Feta and Basil Skewers. For dinner, we loved both the Chicken Marsala and the Chicken Alfredo. We surprised our guests with a “midnight snack” of truffle fries and mini milkshakes! The food was definitely a highlight of the night and the Amici's staff couldn't have been more accommodating or wonderful to work with!
