Ice cream is our favorite dessert, so we wanted it instead of a traditional wedding cake! Our planner found The Gelato Carte for us. We chose gelato instead of cake as our main dessert and did not have any sort of cake cutting moment, which we were fine with – we were too busy dancing!

We liked that they had so many flavors and personalization options. We chose chocolate, espresso cremini, vanilla Italiana, mint chocolate chip, and raspberry sorbetti as our flavors. We were thrilled with their service! They were very responsive and the gelato was delicious.

My late father loved chocolate gelato, so we wanted to honor him in a sweet and meaningful way with The Gelato Carte. It became such a special late-night treat that our guests loved, and it made us feel like he was part of the celebration.

The Gelato Carte and coffee cart were an added personal touch, as my husband and I love both gelato and coffee! I was originally looking for a gelato cart, and when my planner showed me The Gelato Carte, and I saw that they also had a coffee cart, I was sold!

Their carts are pretty, their flavors were delicious, and they did exactly what we needed them to do.

We’re both huge coffee lovers, but it’s especially a big deal for me and my side of the family. That love for coffee has stayed with me into adulthood, and I even brought my husband into the coffee-loving world. A wedding without a coffee station just wouldn’t feel right for us.

I met Café A la Carte at the Armature Works wedding expo. My mom had one sip and knew they had to be at the wedding! Café A la Carte was instrumental in keeping the guests’ energy levels high throughout the evening. We also had more than 20 kids at the wedding, and it was great to offer them drinks, like hot cocoa, so that the day would feel special for them as well. They were quick and efficient, so we all were able to enjoy multiple cups without missing a single beat.

I love a good espresso martini; it’s my favorite alcoholic drink! Having the coffee stand allowed us to have fresh espresso for these as dessert drinks. You could order espresso from the coffee cart and bring it to the bar next to it to get an espresso martini. Michael is Italian and his family loves having after dinner coffees/espressos, so this was a good fit as well for anyone who needed a pick me up to keep the party going. We thought it paired really nicely with the dessert bar from Alessi by it as well.

Café A La Carte was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and we thought they were well priced and liked their set up. We were pleased and we had positive feedback from our guests about how unique it was.
