Tiffanie and Omar’s romantic Ybor City wedding was a fusion of fall charm, modern elegance, and rustic touches that reflected their unique styles. Adorned with a chic color palette of blue and burnt-orange hues, their celebration perfectly embodied the essence of an enchanting autumn affair.
“Our wedding inspiration was fall season, modern, and rustic. We chose this because it was a mixture of Omar’s and my styles,” the bride explained. “Our colors were navy and rust, we felt they were perfect for a chic fall color scheme.”
When the bride and groom discovered Eventfull Weddings on Marry Me Tampa Bay, they knew they had found the ideal wedding planner. Despite Hurricane Ian’s challenges, Karen Cebroni and her team delivered a stress-free experience that brought the couple’s dream wedding to life.
“We looked for transparency and experience, and Eventfull Weddings had these traits and many more! The website was easy to read, and once we met Karen, she was professional and took all of our concerns seriously. Our wedding planner was excellent and helped us combine our styles effortlessly,” the bride beamed. “Her team was efficient and worked around our hectic schedules. They made the entire experience very stress-free! Even during the aftermath of a hurricane, they made our dream wedding come true, and we were so truly grateful.”
When searching for a wedding photo and video team, the Tampa couple prioritized experience and style that aligned with their vision. With a talent for bringing out the best in the couple, Iyrus Weddings exceeded their expectations.
“We looked for the style we wanted and that they were experienced, where we could lean on their vision. Thankfully, Will and his fiancé from Iyrus Weddings were amazing!” Tiffanie beamed. “We really liked their website, and they were great to work with. They really allowed us to come out of our shells, and we ended up with fantastic photos and video memories!”
Tiffanie chose the VIP shopping experience at Truly Forever Bridal and selected an elegant satin A-line gown featuring enchanting off-the-shoulder sleeves that evoked a fairytale essence. On the morning of the wedding, the bridal party gathered at Hotel Haya to celebrate and pamper themselves as the talented team from Femme Akoi Beauty Studio expertly styled their hair and makeup.
“My mother surprised me with the VIP experience at Truly Forever Bridal. The bridal consultant fit me into the perfect dress. I was open and leaned on her decades of experience,” Tiffanie gushed. “My bridesmaids, close family, and friends all helped create amazing memories while we picked my dress.”
Following the heartfelt ceremony at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the couple welcomed their 85 guests to vibrant Ybor City for the October celebration. The ballroom reception was adorned with exquisite floral arrangements by Save the Date Florida, while gold Chiavari chairs from A Chair Affair and pristine white linens from Kate Ryan Event Rentals enhanced the sophistication of the historic venue.
As Tiffanie looked back on her wedding day, two unforgettable moments stood out: her journey the aisle and the excitement of the celebration during the reception.
“Walking down the aisle at Sacred Heart and La Hora Loca at the reception were memorable. Those were epic moments that reminded us to be present, even though everything was happening so quickly,” the bride reminisced. “Our wedding was scheduled during the aftermath of hurricane Ian and we had SO many guest cancellations, so for the ones that were able to make it, they made sure to embody the celebration. We were so happy and grateful.”
What were your hair and makeup inspiration?
Femme Akoi Beauty Studio was referred to me by my planner. My hair and makeup inspiration was more practical than style, but the ladies made it look dreamy. I was so happy!
The Proposal:
Omar looped in my parents and invited his family to their home for Thanksgiving dinner. He quietly walked me outside and got down on one knee, whispered some sweet words, and asked me to marry him.
I left the party a girlfriend and came back in as a fiancé!
