Kate Ryan Event Rentals’ team was so helpful in allowing me to come to their studio to see what they had in person and to help me build my table setting. We rented our charger plates, boxwood walls, and draping from them. The visuals and décor for the wedding were important to me and when you’re planning so many details for a wedding (imagine having 10,000,000 tabs open in your head) it’s so helpful to be able to see and build your tangible table setting instead of looking at pictures.
The majority of the rentals came from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. We rented vintage glassware in shades of deep red along with gold-rimmed chargers and gold flatware with black handles to bring in the moody colors throughout our tablescape and place settings.
Our place settings made our wedding unique. The extra rentals we secured made a huge difference in the overall look of each place setting. Between the goblets and our silverware, it elevated the vibe in the room!

There was a miscommunication about doing the ceremony and reception in the same room. I rented a white dance floor and table inventory separately and it was not marked that it was a room flip. This was supposed to be an extra charge due to having to flip the same room with different décor and set up the dance floor at the same time.
The rental team and my coordinator worked together and made the room flip all happen in an hour flawlessly for no extra cost.

I loved the black and white checkered dance floor! It helped to create a true dance floor for guests in the middle of the room. The gold chiavari chairs and chargers allowed us to continue our color scheme of the white, champagne, and blush color palette.
