Rustic, Plant City Wedding
Kayle and Myles’ Plant City wedding featured a riverside, outdoor wedding ceremony with a rose petal aisle and gorgeous fabric and flower draped altar.
“The ambiance was the most important. The ceremony was so perfect from the decor, to our vows, to the weather,” the bride gushed.
The couple choose dark teal, lavender, blush and ivory colors to complement their woodsy surroundings.
“Our theme was rustic elegance. We chose it because we both love rustic decor and outdoors, and the elegance went perfectly with the venue and our taste,” Kayle shared.
The Plant City bride was proud to showcase her hometown wedding to her newest relatives.
“The closeness of our families really made our wedding unique. All of my family grew up in Plant City and Myles’ family all came from Illinois. We loved that we had everyone from both of our families in our town,” the bride beamed.
To capture all of the moments of their wedding day, the bride and groom hired Plant City wedding photographer Jeff Mason Photography.
“We looked for someone who we knew would do an amazing job, had terrific reviews and with whom we personally connected with,” the bride explained. “Jeff Mason Photography completely blew us away with not only his sample photo albums, but with the personal connection we felt with him. Our photos look like they are straight out of a fairytale.”
Looking back, one of Kayle’s most memorable moments was prepping for her big day.
“Getting pampered with my girls, my mom and his mom was so much fun,” the bride reminisced. “The entire day was absolutely perfect and unforgettable.”
The Proposal:
We planned a beach and picnic day with our family and friends on Egmont Key. After our picnic, Myles and I went for a walk on the beach as we usually do. When we returned, we were discussing how special Egmont Key would be to us since we had such a great day with family and friends. Myles told me that it was about to become even more special and told me exactly how long we had been dating and asked if I would like to make it forever. He got down on one knee and proposed. I was so happy, all I could do was cry and shake my head yes. At that point I noticed that the Train song Marry Me was playing. It could not have been more perfect. It was so incredibly special to have the people close to our hearts be there to witness the proposal. They even captured it on a GoPro camera so we can relive the moment forever.
What did you look for in a wedding photographer?
We looked for someone who we knew would do an amazing job, had terrific reviews and with whom we personally connected with. We met with several photographers before Jeff Mason Photography who impressed us, but when we met with Jeff, he completely blew us away with not only his sample photo albums, but with the personal connection we felt with him. We could not be happier with our decision to hire Jeff; he truly is the best! Our photos look like they are straight out of a fairytale. He was a superstar in capturing every moment I asked for, along with so many more precious moments that we will cherish forever.
How would you describe your theme?
Rustic elegance. We chose it because we both love rustic decor and outdoors, and the elegance went perfectly with the venue and our taste.
What were your colors?
Dark teal, lavender, blush and ivory. I found that color palette and fell in love with it. Dark teal is also my favorite color.
What advice would you give to other Tampa Bay Brides?
Use our vendors and venue! Everything was perfect. It could not have went any better. Not a single thing went wrong.
