Bridget and Anthony’s classic downtown St. Petersburg wedding was a vintage-inspired June celebration filled with soft pastel hues, timeless details, and plenty of love for the city where their story began. The local bride and groom exchanged vows at St. Mary Our Lady of Grace before hosting their 110 guests in a historic mirrored ballroom just steps from the St. Pete Pier.
“We live in St. Petersburg. A big part of our story takes place in St. Pete, and our love for the city. It only made sense to have the most important day of our lives in the city where our love blossomed,” the bride shared. “Getting married in the church was extremely important, and as soon as we went to church at St. Mary’s, I knew it was the perfect fit for us.”

“I needed to have a wedding venue that had natural light for the cocktail hour. I also wanted an outdoor element, so The Birchwood’s patio was perfect. Our wedding’s location made it unique. It’s right near the pier in St. Pete. Our guests loved it and were constantly raving about it. We chose The Birchwood because their ballroom was classic and vintage. If you’ve seen the ballroom mirrors, you know! We also loved that we could book all the hotel rooms.”
