Vibrant pops of color against an abundance of greenery highlight the gorgeous scenery encompassing Clearwater wedding venue Countryside Country Club.
Inspired by simplicity and modern decor, Tampa Bay wedding planner Petra Dvorak of Special Moments Event Planning highlighted the venue's outdoor ceremony space and the architectural details of the ballroom.
“I love simplicity, clean and modern lines, yet color and texture is something I am obsessed with. Most people choose soft colors, but to add the wow factor and to bring your design to the next level, we recommend adding pops of color or a textured element; it will definitely make a difference,” Petra explained. “With this design, I chose soft whites with a pop of fuchsia and soft shades of pink, gold and rose gold. To add some texture, we added fresh ferns as a green accent color to show couples how to incorporate texture and mixing colors.”

In partnership with Countryside Country Club venue coordinator, Elizabeth Craig, the duo incorporated unique design elements. Floral and decor company Gabro Event Services provided the bouquets and centerpieces, ceremony backdrop, feasting tables, greenery walls and draping transform the wedding space.
“We incorporated the feasting tables into the design, as it was a different element for wedding reception inspiration,” Petra shared. “I love that from the ballroom you can see the greenery of the golf course grounds, and from there we decided to go for it with mixing colors, textures and of course lots of candlelight.”
Custom wedding stationery and designer, URBANcoast provided marble inspired paper goods with custom foil accents that complemented the three-tiered geometric wedding cake with crystal geode accent artfully crafted by St. Pete bakery The Artistic Whisk. For wedding favor inspiration, Pop Goes The Party created custom dipped chocolate cookies with floral adornments that are sure to please every guests' sweet tooth.
A wedding is not complete without a couple, and highlighting our gorgeous bride's natural beauty was hair and makeup artist Michele Renee the Studio. An updo and bold lip color are a timeless look that provided that chic wow factor for the birdcage veil and a-line wedding dress from Truly Forever Bridal.
For couples who want to incorporate their fur babies into their wedding day, Fairytail Pet Care‘s pet planning service made sure the tuxedo clad pup was ready to strut down the aisle and pose for photos.
“I think my favorite element of this shoot was our puppy model Grizzie, and of course our amazing team of vendors. Without them this wouldn't be possible,” Petra gushed.

What were your colors?
Soft white, with pops of fuchsia and soft shades of pink, gold and rose gold. We added some texture with fresh ferns for a pop of a green accent color. I love mixing and matching colors and textures, I always tell our clients just to go with what they like and with our help it will turn out perfect, most people choose soft colors, but to add the wow factor to bring your design to next level you can always add pop of color or texture element and it will definitely make a difference and that's why I tried to design something that potential clients can see.
