Deep Green, Mauves, Coral, Rich Jewel Tones Decor
The Spiral Staircase
“We blended structured fashion with bold floral movement and velvet textures. The overall feeling was modern luxury rooted in classic composition. We used bold color and texture, but kept the foundation classic. Clean tablescapes, strong structure, and elegant balance kept the design timeless. We pulled color directly from the murals in the venue. Deep greens, mauves, coral, rich jewel tones, and tropical brights all worked together. Each room had its own feeling but still tied into the full story.” –Karen Aucoin, Owner, Studio 131 Weddings and Events | JoBelle
Channeling the vibrancy of the city’s history and culture, this elegant downtown Tampa wedding inspiration shoot combined vibrant hues of fuchsia, coral, and magenta blooms and lush greenery. Classic white linens and luxe gold details elevated the decor, befitting the sophisticated, historic space.
“The masterfully curated bold colors and intentional pieces harmonized with the essence of The Spiral Staircase. Every design element seemed to dance with the space’s architectural rhythm—balancing vibrancy and sophistication in equal measure,” Christina at Heart & Root Photography beamed. “I loved how the design details seamlessly complemented the architecture and interior aesthetic of the venue. Rather than overpowering the space, the styling felt like an elegant extension of its original charm, enhanced beautifully by Jobelle Designs’ creative vision. One of my favorite scenes was the peacock blue room—its moody palette, layered textures, and interplay of natural light created such a cinematic atmosphere.”

The Inspiration
“We blended structured fashion with bold floral movement and velvet textures. The overall feeling was modern luxury rooted in classic composition.
We used bold color and texture, but kept the foundation classic. Clean tablescapes, strong structure, and elegant balance kept the design timeless. This style fits a couple who loves art, color, and individuality. They want a wedding that feels like an experience, not something copied from Pinterest. Everything was custom. Nothing was rented pre-styled. Every table, arrangement, and install was created for this space.

The Venue
The Spiral Staircase
“The Spiral Staircase set the tone for everything. The venue itself spoke to me right away—the old architecture, chandeliers, the wallpaper in every room, the beautiful flooring, and the women who own and run it. Every detail has so much character. The curves, the murals, and the architecture inspired how we placed the florals and built the flow of the shoot. The staircase installation was the highlight. It framed the couple perfectly and captured the movement of the space. The dinner table with blue velvet, candlelight, and gold detailing was another favorite. It felt elegant and grounded.” –Karen Aucoin, Owner, Studio 131 Weddings and Events | JoBelle
“The Spiral Staircase is intentionally designed so that each room carries its own distinct personality and light. The color story truly sets the tone and emotion of the environment. It’s a photographer’s dream—you could spend an entire day exploring its nooks and crannies, uncovering new compositions and moods in every corner.” –Christina, Heart & Root Photography
