Stefanté and Napoleon
Lake Mirror Amphitheater
“The theme for our wedding was a black-tie formal affair. I wanted bold pinks, reds, and burgundy florals, with guests dressed in all-black formal attire to create an elegant and timeless look. Our colors were burgundy, mauve pink, red, gold, and black. We chose them for their bold tones and because they were the perfect palette for a winter wedding.” —The Bride
Stefanté and Napoleon’s glamorous Lakeland wedding brought 250 guests together for a winter celebration set against some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. The Florida bride and groom exchanged vows overlooking Lake Mirror before celebrating among the gardens of Hollis Gardens and the historic Magnolia Building, spaces that reflected their love of architecture, nature, and waterfront views. A black-tie dress code paired with bold burgundy, mauve pink, red, gold, and black details created a striking look throughout the day. Surrounded by family and friends, the couple focused on what mattered most to them: capturing the memories through photography and videography and sharing the experience with their loved ones.
“We live in Palmetto, FL, which is a small town south of Tampa. We chose Lakeland for its old-town, historic feel and the beautiful venues located in downtown. My husband and I both love historic buildings, being around nature, flower gardens, and water. When we saw the Magnolia Building, Lake Mirror Amphitheater lake view, and Hollis Gardens adjacent to it, we both knew they would be the perfect venues for our wedding day,” the bride shared. “Being both the bride and the wedding planner made the experience unique, especially seeing every detail come to life.”

The Bach Party & Honeymoon
“My bridal party planned a surprise bachelorette party weekend for me in Ft. Lauderdale. We had a spa day, a yacht day on the water, a girls’ night in, brunch, and a night out on the town, enjoying dinner at Timbr Restaurant.
For our mini honeymoon, we stayed at the beautiful Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor. We chose this location because we wanted somewhere close by that would allow us to relax, unplug, enjoy delicious food, and stay within driving distance. We spent a weekend there after the wedding.”

The Proposal
“On November 4, we took a weekend trip to Hyde Park. Earlier that day, we made handmade candles at The Candle Pour, and later that night we had a romantic dinner at Meat Market restaurant, where Napoleon proposed.”
