Kassandra and Greg
Bella Cosa
“Our theme was timeless, vintage, and romantic. I’ve always been drawn to a classic aesthetic that feels elegant but not overly trendy, and I wanted something that we could look back on years from now and still feel it was beautiful and true to us. We chose black, white, and champagne for our palette; it felt sophisticated and classic, while still allowing us to create an elegant atmosphere.” -The Bride
Kassandra and Greg’s elegant Lake Wales wedding was a timeless fête filled with an abundance of neutral flora, twinkling chandeliers, and romantic candlelight. The Orlando couple wed in a lakefront ceremony before dining and dancing with their 130 guests in an outdoor reception set against the backdrop of an Italian-inspired villa.
“The most important elements to us were the location, photography, and having a packed dance floor! We wanted a beautiful venue that captured our day, photos that reflected our love, and a celebration that would last all night,” the bride shared. “Our first dance was the most memorable moment. We took dance lessons and had a special choreographed dance put together. We practiced in our living room for weeks, but performing it in front of our family and friends made it so special. It was such a surreal feeling to be dancing together in that moment, surrounded by so much love.”

Hair and Makeup Inspiration
Adore Bridal
“For my makeup, I wanted to keep it simple and more on the natural side. For my hair, I went with a classic Hollywood wave. This combination fit our overall theme perfectly.
I hired Adore Bridal because their style aligned with my vision. They listened to what I wanted and brought it to life flawlessly. I was very pleased with how everything turned out.”

The Proposal
“On New Year’s Eve, right at midnight, Greg proposed in my hometown of Pittsburgh on top of Mount Washington.”

The Planning

Coastal Coordinating
“I wanted a wedding planner who would take the stress off my shoulders and make the process seamless. It was important to find someone experienced, organized, and creative who could guide us and connect us with the right vendors.
We chose to hire Coastal Coordinating because they were highly recommended to us from a friend who used Katy Turchich for her wedding. From the beginning, Katy and her team made us feel completely supported. They took care of every detail, big and small, and their vendor recommendations were great.
I truly couldn’t imagine going through the process without them—they were a huge part of making our day possible.”

The Photos & Video
Evoke Photo & Film
“We wanted a team who could capture the little moments, emotions, and love between us in a way that felt authentic and not overly posed. For video, we wanted something cinematic—like our wedding day was turned into a movie.
We hired Evoke Photo and Film because their work felt timeless and emotional. Their photos beautifully captured love stories, and their films had the cinematic style we wanted.
On the wedding day, they were professional and so easy to be around, making us feel comfortable while capturing everything so naturally. We couldn’t be happier with how they documented our day.”

The Bach Party & Honeymoon

“I had my bachelorette party in Scottsdale, Arizona. We considered a few different locations, but Scottsdale was the perfect choice because I’m very outdoorsy and wanted a destination with activities beyond nightlife.
We spent our honeymoon in Dubai and the Maldives. Visiting the Maldives had always been a dream of ours, and since the travel route went through Dubai, we decided to extend the trip and spend a week in each location. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.”

The Design
“Our theme was timeless, vintage, and romantic. I’ve always been drawn to a classic aesthetic that feels elegant but not overly trendy, and I wanted something that we could look back on years from now and still feel it was beautiful and true to us.
We chose black, white, and champagne for our palette; it felt sophisticated and classic, while still allowing us to create an elegant atmosphere.
We incorporated our personalities through the overall vibe of the day. Greg likes a more classic and simple style, while I love things that are over-the-top and extravagant. Our wedding ended up being a nice combination of both. It felt unique because it truly reflected us as a couple—timeless and elegant but also fun and full of energy.”

The Entertainment
Graingertainment
“We wanted a DJ who would keep the energy high. Music was an important part of the celebration, so we needed someone who could read the room and keep guests engaged.
We first experienced Graingertainment at a friend’s wedding, where we had an amazing time. They had everyone on the dance floor the entire night, so it was an easy decision to hire them. They did a great job and we are very pleased with our service.”
