“Our design inspiration was classic and elegant. I love traditional wedding looks with a luxury feel,” Samira shared. “Lavender as it is my favorite color. We incorporated whites and pinks to give a soft tone.”

To ensure she looked her absolute best on her summer wedding day, Samira turned to the beauty team of Michele Renee The Studio, known for their extensive knowledge of Indian weddings. The results were nothing short of stunning, as Samira's hair and makeup enhanced her natural beauty, leaving her radiant and glowing.
“Michele Renee The Studio was highly recommended for Indian weddings. My hair and makeup were amazing, and I highly recommend her,” the bride raved.
Following their wedding planner's recommendation, the Tampa couple enlisted Gabro Event Services for their rental needs. They utilized the rental and décor company's linens and the signature green wall, which served as a captivating backdrop for their celebration.
The blending of religious and cultural backgrounds personalized Samira and Samir's July wedding weekend. They hosted a private Muslim ceremony with close family the day before the wedding, followed by a Christian ceremony that included all 100 of their loved ones.
“The wedding ceremony had to reflect our journey as a couple, so including wedding vows was important,” the bride detailed.
The couple's most cherished moments included their emotional first look and the exchange of heartfelt vows, which brought tears of joy and marked the beginning of their journey as a married couple.
“The first look and our vows were the most memorable moments,” the bride reminisced. “I cried as soon as I saw my husband, everything building up to that moment made me very emotional.”
The Proposal:
We went to Panama in October. Before dinner, we went for a walk along the causeway surrounded by water, and Samir went down on one knee to propose.

Montreal, Canada. We wanted to go somewhere unique but not too far away.

Scottsdale, AZ. I love the West, and the city is definitely a popular bachelorette destination.

My florist exceeded my expectations. Her floral arch design and table setups brought everything together. She made my lavender floral vision come to life.
What advice would you give to other Tampa Bay couples?
I definitely recommend getting a wedding planner, whether it’s for only the day of or the whole wedding process.
