When you work in the event industry for one of the most sought after wedding planners in Tampa Bay, you know all of your wedding events are going to be Pinterest-worthy.
Parties A’La Carte incorporated a build your own flower bouquet wall, a vintage bus that doubled as a buffet, and custom monogrammed desserts for Ashley’s Southern-inspired Magnolia Market bridal shower brunch.
“I am obsessed with all things Joanna Gaines,” Ashley gushed. “My fiance was in Texas for work during our anniversary, so I flew out to be with him to celebrate for a few days. Well, of course, Magnolia Market in Waco was within driving distance, so we made a day of it. I loved every inch of that place! The courtyard was lined with food trucks of all kinds. There was a garden, shopping, and a bakery!”
Incorporating a color palette of black and white with a mix of fresh greenery, Ashley recreated a rustic farmhouse ambiance with a DIY floral display, shiplap accent wall, and stunning farmhouse-chic rentals from A Chair Affair.
“I really played a lot off of the Magnolia Market logos, which is why I chose black and white for my color palette,” the bride explained. “From my welcome sign to the favor tags, everything had a touch of Waco!”
A long feasting table adorned with an array of gorgeous ivory florals and greenery from Bruce Wayne Florals and buffalo plaid linens from Over The Top Linens nailed the look for Ashley’s intimate bridal brunch.
Ashley knew creating a mouthwatering menu would be important to really pull everything together and after enlisting Tampa Bay wedding caterer Tastes Of Tampa Bay to handle the task, all of her Southern favorites were incorporated into the brunch-affair. The Tastes of Tampa Bay Drive Bar vintage bus brought the perfect pop of pale-blue into the intimate gathering.
“I chose ‘Southern Comfort’ for my food because I love all things BBQ! The team at Tastes Of Tampa Bay was so amazing in helping me create the most amazing menu of all of my favorite foods,” Ashley beamed. “Everything I’ve ever tried from them has always been delicious! And they have their new bus bar, which I knew would be the perfect fit for the theme that I had in my head!”
