The 7,000 square foot historic 1920's brick adorned wedding space has been meticulously renovated and features multiple full-service bars, an impressive VIP area, ten luxurious restroom suites and a 4,000 square foot brick and bamboo courtyard.

What does your venue do that makes the planning process easier for couples?
Our “NOVA Way” system. Born and raised right here in downtown St. Pete, I've been lucky enough to travel the world, 46 countries and counting. While exploring our planet, I've focused on visiting and connecting with the best ran venues, hotels, bar, restaurants and markets, and the lessons they've learned along the way. This wisdom has fueled my long-time dream and passion, to build a world-class event venue here in St. Pete. I believe that everyone deserves a 5-Star event, so I created “The NOVA Way,” a continuous improvement system that focuses on wowing and delighting our clients and their guests. Our system focuses on saying YES! We are paranoid about our performance, so we're always trying to make our guests' experience better, smoother and more enjoyable. Why? We love watching our clients and their guests enjoy such unique and memorable events! Now over 1,000, 5-star events later, we are honored to be rated as the best event venue in the region. What makes your venue's cuisine stand out?
We allow the use of any licensed and insured professional caterer, food truck, personal chef. No cuisine limits at NOVA 535!
What would couples be surprised to know about your venue?
NOVA 535 was originally a five and dime store called “Slap Happies,” built in 1920, making it one of the oldest venues in Florida.

What is one of your favorite things about owning a wedding venue?
Watching our clients and their guests truly enjoy themselves!
What is one of your most memorable moments?
So many! Maybe when the groom's head fell off (of the little cake figurines) during the reception, and we had to carefully and stealthily remove it, clean, glue and replace it without anyone noticing, and, of course the cake was in the middle of the room!

They provided the beautiful, unique interior brick walls, double staircase, two-story party space and amazing outdoor courtyard, while I was able to add all of my own decorations and floral.
