Arly and Sebastian
“From the very beginning of my wedding planning process I knew what I wanted. I have had this vision since I was a little girl. I wanted it to be very delicate, classy, and romantic. My color palette was blush pink, champagne, white, little to no greenery, and a very candlelit space. Those are my favorite colors. It always has been so I couldn’t imagine choosing anything else.” -The Bride
Arly and Sebastian’s luxurious downtown Tampa wedding combined a soft pastel palette of blush and champagne with romantic candlelight and chic decor for an elegant setting. The couple celebrated in an impressive and historic building with roots as the first bank in the city, surrounded by their treasured guests who traveled from around the country to attend the destination event.
“Since we’re from New York we had to give our wedding the feel of an old money, rich New York City type feel. My husband is Sicilian so we incorporated the Italian flag to be raised as our bridal party made their entrance, and we also included a lot of Italian songs for our dinner part of the reception and dance!” Arly beamed. “My wedding was unique for the simple purpose that we decided to do a destination wedding and have all of our guests fly into Tampa and see the beauty that the city has to offer. The majority of our guests were from out-of-state so it was a mini vacation for all! No one had to drive, people could stay out and enjoy a night without having to worry about their little ones back at home or drinking to much because they did not have to drive back home!”

Hair and Makeup Inspiration
Adore Bridal Hair and Makeup
“My wedding hair inspiration was Hollywood wave curls and my makeup inspiration I chose from Pinterest. I wanted a soft natural look but still made it glam.
The most memorable moments of our wedding were being able to get ready with all of our best fiends/family, getting to enjoy, and take in the special day together. We had the best bridal party and we couldn’t have asked for more! Everyone looked so beautiful/handsome! We definitely clean up nice!”

The Rehearsal Dinner
“Since we decided on a destination wedding in Florida, we both automatically knew we wanted to have our rehearsal dinner/welcome party to be on a boat! We had previously went on Yacht StarShip before getting married, so we knew it was big enough for the amount of people we had coming, food and dessert were great and the DJ and ambiance up on the top deck was perfect!! We literally danced the night away and all of our guests were blown away. There was nothing more perfect than having all of our guests show up to the marina and seeing a huge yacht! It was the perfect touch for our wedding weekend, and all of our guests could not stop raving about it! The boat took us around the bay with a night full of delicious food, great music, and we all just had the best night. It definitely set the tone for the wedding!”

The Proposal
“Sebastion proposed on our daughter’s first birthday and completely caught me off guard! I always thought I would know when it would happen but not knowing made it extra special!”

The Venue

The Vault
“We looked for those tall floor-to-ceiling windows and The Vault provided exactly that. The floor-to-ceiling windows and blank space that The Vault offers was the best part yet. We got to decorate our wedding venue to exactly what we wanted and another major plus was the waterfall at the outside patio. It definitely elevated our cocktail hour.”

The Bach Party & Honeymoon
“We’re flying to Venice and going on a Mediterranean cruise stopping in Montenegro, Mykonos, Santorini, Anacona and back to Venice. After we get back to Venice we are going up to Milan for three days and spending a day in Lake Como as well!
Sebastion chose the Bahamas for his bachelor party. It was a big group of guys so an all-inclusive on the beach was the way to go! Me and the girls went to Tulum, Mexico and had the best time there!”

The Experience
“Everything was important! I’m Hispanic, so we had a flag representing Honduras and Ecuador for my family and had a variety of Latin classic songs for our cocktail hour with a guitarist and a cigar roller for that extra touch and elevation to our guest experience. A memorable moment was doing the first looks with my father and my father-in-law, and sharing a special first dance with my father. That dance is all I’ve ever dreamed of as a little girl, and it was perfection! We definitely had all of our guests full of happy tears.
I wanted people to walk into my reception and feel that delicate yet romantic energy from decoration and florals. Our cigar roller during cocktail hour was a such a hit! All of our guests absolutely loved it. We had a saxophone player with us throughout the whole reception, which was really cool and fun to have for guests dancing the night away. Being able to have 150 guests for a destination wedding was amazing! All of our favorite people came and made the effort to be there with me and Sebastian on our special day and we couldn’t be more thankful.”

The Photography & Videography
“I looked for a lot of things in a wedding photographer: their experience, portfolios, and even past bride reviews!
I saw with Sabrina Autumn Photography it was Sabrina and her husband Ryan working as a team, and they were both great. I loved Sabrina Autumn’s style of photography; it’s very bold and dramatic. The style of photography that someone chooses has to match your personality and what you like.”
