Sylvia and Adam’s timeless South Tampa wedding featured a greenery-lined staircase, dreamy white ceremony backdrop, and elegant dusty blue bridesmaids’ dresses.
“My wedding design was classic elegance. I chose this as my venue already had so many amazing characteristics I didn’t want the decor to take away from that,” the bride shared.
To help navigate coordinating the day for their 110 guests, the pair chose South Tampa wedding planner Breezin’ Weddings to organize the final details of their February wedding.
“I chose Breezin; because of how personable and caring Jessie Soplinski was. She genuinely cared about what I wanted and even helped me find amazing vendors,” the bride gushed. “Jessie and her team did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to coordinate my wedding.”
Music was a priority to the St. Petersburg couple who wanted their guests interacting on the dance floor.
“The DJ was how we incorporated both of our personalities as he got all the friends and family together,” Sylvia beamed. “I hired Grant Hemond & Associates because they were the DJ for a friend’s wedding and everyone had a blast. The DJ services were top-notch. The DJ had our guests dancing the entire time which was exactly what we wanted!”
To help the pair feel comfortable in front of the camera, the bride and groom chose Kéra Photography, whom they had experienced at a previous wedding.
“I hired Kéra because not only is she talented, but she made taking pictures an absolute breeze and totally comfortable,” the bride raved. “She did my best friend’s wedding, and 10 minutes into meeting her I knew I wanted her to be part of my big day.”
To transfer their South Tampa wedding venue, Sylvia and Adam added a breathtaking pipe and drape from Outside the Box Rentals with greenery as a backdrop for their ceremony and made it a focal piece for their reception.
“It was absolutely gorgeous and helped make a large ballroom feel like a more intimate setting,” the bride gushed.
Along with walking down the aisle towards her now-husband, Sylvia shared that cherished celebrating with her guests.
“The second most memorable moment was just having all our friends and family dancing with us to celebrate. It meant everything to us to have our loved ones there,” the bride reminisced.
How did the pipe and drape enhance your wedding decor?
The pipe and drape with greenery from Outside the Box Rentals was the backdrop of our wedding. The ceremony was in front of the pipe and drape, and we kept it up throughout the reception. It was absolutely gorgeous and helped make a large ballroom feel like a more intimate setting.
The Proposal:
Every year Adam and I do a date night downtown when the Christmas lights go up in Vinoy Park where we walk around to look at the lights and get dinner at our favorite restaurant, Bella Brava. That year was no different. We planned our date night. Adam took me around to the Christmas lights except for this time we stopped at a fountain and that is when he proposed. Then when we walked into the restaurant he had our family and close friends waiting to celebrate!
