The Reserve Vintage Rentals is a vintage & eclectic Prop and Furniture Rental company serving the Tampa Bay area and beyond at our Sarasota location. We love being able to transform your events to suit your style with our unique, one-of-a-kind items! We can't wait to hear about your unique vision!

We provide the following rentals and services:
We have a vast array of inventory ranging in styles from classic vintage, French-inspired, Mid-Century, Victorian, shabby chic & coastal, modern & eclectic, and industrial & rustic. We have a variety of items and styles ranging from upholstered and non-upholstered seating, benches & church pews, farm tables, display tables & dressers, architectural & styling accents, and so much more at our Warehouse / Showroom!

Our goal for your wedding is:
Our goal is to create a uniquely you wedding full of items that will embody your personality and overall vision! But more importantly, we want to create events that are as rad and individualized as you are with our specialty rental inventory.

Our inventory is truly one-of-a-kind with custom built pieces and wide variety of styles and pieces! Additionally our detailed care and upkeep of our items (some of which date back to the 1800s) means our items are in great condition! We also take pride in taking great care of our clients in providing excellent customer service in the office and on site at your events!

Our pricing:
Our items range in price as they do in style. We work with budgets of all shapes and sizes and will do our best to accommodate your budget and needs! We do have event minimums that vary based on the items rented and distance from our warehouse for Delivery. We also have the option of Direct Warehouse Pickup for a select group of items.
