Jessica and Eric’s Tampa country club wedding was a winter delight, playing off the lush dark green colors that are found throughout the holiday season. The elegant evening prioritized the guest experience with a luxury photobooth, epic dance party, and an ice-cream bar.

“I love greenery and Christmas, so we wanted an elevated Christmas look,” the bride explained. “[Our wedding color was] forest green. It’s my favorite color and it turned out beautiful.”

Hosting a wedding for over 150 guests just a week before Christmas required meticulous planning. The Tampa bride followed Marry Me Tampa Bay’s Instagram to find her ideal wedding planner and to read real wedding features to gain inspiration for their Carrollwood wedding.

“Marry Me Tampa Bay was really helpful for inspiration and also to see what others are doing to help with planning,” Jessica revealed. “I wanted a wedding planner to be involved and organized while remaining professional throughout the wedding process. I saw our wedding planner, EventFull Weddings, tagged in a post on Marry Me Tampa Bay and fell in love with the work she did on a previous wedding. We didn’t even interview anyone else, and we basically hired Karen on spot. We loved Karen and her team as they were very involved in creating schedules for the day of the rehearsal, finding vendors, and navigating the venue. It gave us some time back to work on other important wedding things. She and her team were spread out throughout the wedding day to ensure things moved along.”

Ensuring their guests would have a fantastic time, Jessica selected Graingertainment for their DJ and entertainment. Chris Grainger’s electric persona was the perfect vibe to keep everyone on the dance floor.

“We wanted to dance all night and for our guests to have the best time. We knew a DJ would do that for us. Graingertainment was incredible! We went to a wedding where Chris and DJ’d, and we loved his music choices,” the bride shared. “Chris kept the party going. Everyone raves about how great the DJ was even months after the wedding. His song selections and cadence were exactly what we were looking for in a DJ, and I’m so glad he was able to DJ our wedding.”

To add a layer of fabulousness to the wedding festivities, Gala Photobooth brought in their high-quality photo booth to create an interactive experience for guests and leave them with stunning memories.

“We looked for high-quality photos and a professional team. The Kardashian look was super desirable for us. We got exactly what we wanted and more,” the bride beamed. “Gala Photobooth was great to work with. Guests were obsessed with the photo booth.”

While Jessica reminisced on all of the details that made up their winter wedding, it wasn’t a single moment but the entire night on the dance floor with her groom that imprinted in her memory and in her heart.

“Dancing the night away with my new husband is a time I will never forget,” the bride reminisced. “We had so much fun at our wedding.”

Eric took me to the beach where we had our first date and during sunset, he proposed. I was so surprised!
