What happens when you combine one of the most celebrated days of love with a chic new St. Petersburg wedding venue?
A dramatic wedding inspiration shoot filled with color and uniqueness.
“My inspiration for the shoot was everything we think of when we think of Valentine’s Day, flowers, chocolate hearts, champagne, strawberries, and love,” Tampa Bay wedding planner Karen Cerboni of EventFull Weddings shared. “This styled shoot was flirty and fun with a little touch of drama and edge. I chose the theme to highlight February the month of love and Valentine’s Day. I wanted to demonstrate how you can have a wedding inspired by the season without being too in your face about it.”
An ombre design seamlessly combined the pink and red hues, especially in the ceremony decor which featured a modern geometrical backdrop.
“My favorite elements have to be the circular balloon arch used for the ceremony, the pops of black used throughout to add contrast and drama, and the cotton candy!” the wedding planner gushed. “I really liked how the balloons added another element to the wedding in addition to the more traditionally used flowers. I think they are fun and something guests aren’t used to seeing.”
A contemporary wedding needs a dramatic cake to match, and Tampa Bay Cake Company designed a three-tiered black and white dessert with vibrant flowers.
