Mary and Adam’s elegant Tampa garden wedding for 74 was a vision of modern-day charm with a romantic mauve color palette, vintage gold centerpieces, and the cutest details featuring their two sweet pups.
“My look was a little all over the place, but my wedding planner shaped it into a beautiful day! It was a combination of Style Me Pretty meets garden chic, and it came together perfectly,” the bride gushed. “By incorporating elements of Christianity, Judaism, and overall love and universe, you could say our celebration was a fusion of both of our beliefs blended together. One detail that made our day super special was having a chuppah that was made from the fabric of both our mother’s wedding dresses. It was just amazing.”

Incorporating their love for dessert and dogs, the Seminole Heights bride and groom sprinkled in sweet personal touches throughout their Tampa wedding.
“Inspired by our love for our dogs, we had themed signature drinks named after them, a Ketubah that had a dog theme to it and even life-sized cut-outs of them,” the bride beamed. “Another fun personal touch was the fact that we chose to skip the cake and go for something different. Since I love ice cream and Adam loves cookies, we hired an ice cream cookie sandwich booth. It was so yummy and the guest loved it!”
Mary and Adam couldn’t imagine celebrating their love for each other without their furry friends, so they turned to FairyTail Pet Care to ensure everything flowed according to plan.

Looking back on their blissful day, Mary remembers the special moment she and Adam shared together before their celebrating with friends and family.
“Right after our first look, we got to see the room for the first time. The DJ was playing, and the excitement in the room was palpable. We got to sign our Ketubah at that time, and It was a very touching and personal moment for both of us,” the bride reminisced.

The Proposal:
Adam and I do this thing where we give out “daily awards” designated by an imaginary committee. At the time it would be “Girlfriend of the Day” or “Boyfriend of the Day” if one of us went above and beyond or did something nice. It was an abnormally cold morning in Tampa, and we were all bundled up walking our dogs, Rigby and Bee. About halfway through the walk, Adam stopped walking and said, “So I’ve been talking to the committee, and they agree that they think it’s time you get a promotion that would come with a title change.” Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! After saying yes and jumping up and down I screamed, “Rigby, I’m gonna be your real mom!” Adam said, “Put it on already!” It was such a special moment. The ring itself is also very special to me because the center diamond is my grandmother’s diamond from a necklace that she used to wear. Adam had been working in secret for months to get the diamond from my uncle so that he could have a custom setting made.

Price and quality. Give me the best bang for my buck.

Pick two items that you really care about and be willing to negotiate on everything else. Also, hire a planner and dog care. Both made our day so stress-free. We couldn’t have done it without our support system.
