We wanted somewhere spacious with a lot of character and gorgeous decor.

We chose Hyde House because the venue was exactly what we were looking for. It was modern with intricate designs and gorgeous decor. They were very attentive and made the process very easy since food and drinks were also sourced through them.

The most memorable moment of our wedding was our ceremony in the theatre box room at Hyde House. Everyone still talks about how awesome that space was.

The biggest consideration for choosing a wedding venue for us was the location—we wanted something in the city of Tampa so it was convenient for us and all of our guests to attend. The second most important factor was aesthetics; we wanted something that would be clean, modern, and would fit our personalities. Ashe really likes modern/industrial designs, and Hyde House even had some industrial components that he liked. When viewing venues, I wanted to make sure that the wedding events would flow nicely and that I could envision each piece from getting ready to the grand exit before booking. Of course, we also considered our budget and did make some adjustments to make our venue choice work.

Elegant Green and Gold South Tampa Wedding | Hyde House

We wanted a wedding venue in Tampa that showcased our neighborhood and lifestyle. Neither one of us is from Florida so for the majority of guests this was a destination wedding. It was very important for us to show our friends and family our neighborhood and a peek into what our lives are like in Tampa.

Hyde House was a brand new venue, and we were excited to have a space that had not been used before. It is within walking distance to our home in Hyde Park Village, where we often visit. We love the area for eating at the restaurants, shopping, walking the dog, and getting coffee. Since most of our guests were from out of town we wanted to give them a keep into what our life in Tampa is like.

The venue was great! It is a modern, cool space with many fun details but enough open space to truly transform it into our own personal style.

We were really looking for a space that was open and had good energy. We had been following the progress of Hyde House, but it wasn't completed when we originally chose our venue. After our original venue went under due to COVID, we were afforded the opportunity to have our wedding at Hyde House.

The service was excellent. I loved that they had parking for our guests and the staff was professional and fun!

We wanted to find a venue that fit our vision and ability for personalization. Also, we wanted to work with coordinators that are personable and helpful especially when curating a day that is so special to us.

We chose Hyde house because we fell in love with the vibe of the venue. It gave us an open canvas to be as creative as we wanted! There were so many nooks and crannies for Instagrammable shots for our guests and our wedding photos! The venue also gave a warm and modern palate with sleek touches that we wanted to build upon with our vision. Keely was our Hyde house coordinator at the time and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She really wanted to make our dreams come true and were open to all our ideas (food, bar, layout, etc). She was very responsive and very organized.
