Getting to know our couple’s “love story” is one of our favorite things about our job. Before we get into the hustle and bustle of wedding planning we love getting to know them on a more personal level. One of the first questions we ask is “how did you meet? “and “how did he propose” we absolutely love hearing about our couple’s love stories so we can truly understand them and their style.

Our team is very “hands-on” with our couples. Our wedding coordinators are creative, fun, and the best problem solvers. We love to help make the bride’s vision come to life.

Kind, patient, and fun-loving. We truly appreciate every single vendor involved in the wedding process and love to work as a cohesive team with everyone from the venue to the DJ and everyone else in between to ensure a seamless day.
What Inspired Us to Start Our Business
As a Director of Catering in the hotel industry, I was always passionate when I was able to work with couples on their weddings. I loved being able to help couples bring their visions to life and watch them be able to relax on their special day and not have to worry about any of the details except to enjoy themselves!
What Makes Our Business Stand Out
We will go over and beyond the call of duty. There are very few things that we tell our couple that is not included in our “month of package.” Each package comes standard with one lead coordinator and an assistant, and we stay until the very end to pack up their belongings. We even allow our couples to use some of the minor decor items we have on hand such as cake stands, easels, signage, and card box at no additional charge.

Services & Pricing
Our Month of Coordinator package starts at $2,000 which includes rehearsal coordination, two coordinators on the day of the wedding, vendor confirmation, creation of a detailed timeline, a coordinator to stay until the end of the reception to pack all your personal items, and basic décor items which include chargers, table number s, candles for centerpieces and so much more!
Born in Cherry Hill NJ, I have been living in Tampa since I was 10. I have worked in the hospitality industry my whole life from working at bush gardens in the events department, to helping open the Lincoln hotel which is now the Westshore Grand. I am happily married to my husband Stevie dee for 33 years and have 2 beautiful boys and a fur baby Bella!
One thing most couples would be surprised to know is:
Most people don’t know this but my husband was a musician for his whole life opening for national acts in New York and Los Angeles and all around the United States.
Non-wedding Passions:
I really am passionate about the internship program that we have started at Breezin’ entertainment and Breezin Weddings. We allow students to come in and see how a small business is run, as well as shadow us on how to plan a wedding from start to finish. I love being able to teach and give real-life experiences to these young students.

We needed more than just a month-of coordinator but less than a full-on planner. The most important thing we looked for in a wedding planner was someone who understood our vision and could handle the magnitude of the whole wedding weekend, from the pirate costume welcome party to the aquarium wedding to the brunch.

Our planner did an amazing job managing our wedding day. She was so calm and organized and just made the entire day so easy for Logan and me and our entire wedding party. We really could not have pulled off such an amazing day without her! She worked so hard to make sure every part of our rehearsal and wedding day ran smoothly, and it did! I also liked that she provided a lot of décor elements for the wedding (i.e., picture frames, charger plates, candles, cake stand, etc.) and even hand-delivered all of our gifts to our hotel room after the wedding!

Above all, we needed a planner who would deliver a stress-free experience and could plan and execute in a short timeframe. We planned our wedding in just over two months. While we were planning our wedding, we were also selling two homes and buying our dream home, in which we’d be hosting a wedding one month later! We needed someone who could provide end-to-end concierge-level service so we could focus on moving and getting settled. Because we were transforming our home, we needed a planner with good vision and access to all of the vendors and resources that could bring it all to life.
