Vanessa and Jordan’s Tampa wedding featured a dazzling combination of rose gold, gold and ivory to create an elegant and classic display of their love for one another.
“I love rose gold! All the jewelry I have is rose gold, and when I was looking for inspiration on Pinterest, I saw that there were so many beautiful possibilities to incorporate that color into our wedding I knew that I had to go with that,” Vanessa gushed.
The Tampa couple searched for a New Tampa wedding venue to host both their ceremony and reception in one place. Longing for a beautiful and elegant space with an indoor reception area, they selected Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club.
“Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club was everything! I don’t even know where to start. The staff was so extremely helpful and sweet from the very beginning. When I first saw the venue it was so beautiful, it was everything I wanted in a venue. The ceremony and reception were both on location, plus they provided us an awesome suite for the day and night of,” the bride beamed. “The catering and drinks were all included and the location was perfect, because no one had to drive very far to get there. Their service was amazing! They were there every step of the way for almost a year. We changed a lot of things last minute, and it was not an issue at all with them.”
The bride knew that she had found the perfect venue, and wanted to personalize it with decor to make it truly unique. Searching for a wedding decor rental and entertainment company that offered multiple products and services, they hired Gabro Event Services.
“Gabro Event Services was actually a preferred vendor for Tampa Palms; they have weddings there multiple times a month. They also had almost everything we needed. We hired them for our linen, décor, flowers, centerpieces and DJ,” Vanessa explained. “They have really amazing quality stuff, and they executed my dream perfectly! They were great!”
Looking back on their wedding day, the bride had several favorite memories. The couple had been together for many years and were thankful to have their closest friends and family celebrate at their intimate wedding.
“The whole night was amazing and memorable! The ceremony was beautiful with décor and looking out to the lake and the fountain. The reception was so breathtaking with the color theme, the centerpieces and the flowers. I definitely enjoyed the cake and the dancing with my friends and family. Everything was perfect!” the bride reminisced.

How would you describe your theme/wedding design inspiration?
I love rose gold. All the jewelry I have is rose gold, and when I was looking for inspiration on Pinterest, I saw that there was so many beautiful possibilities to incorporate that color into our wedding I knew that I had to go with that.
What were your colors?
Rose gold, gold and ivory. I chose them based on some inspiration I saw online and because I think these three colors flow beautifully together.

What did you look for in a wedding venue?
We definitely wanted a venue where we could have both the ceremony and the reception in the same place. We also wanted a beautiful and elegant place in the Tampa area, and we also preferred an indoor reception.

Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club was everything! I don’t even know where to start. The staff was so extremely helpful and sweet from the very beginning. When I first saw the venue it was so beautiful, it was everything I wanted in a venue. The ceremony and reception were both on location, plus they provided us an awesome suite for the day and night of. The catering and drinks were all included and the location (New Tampa) was perfect because no one had to drive very far to get there. Their service was amazing! They were there every step of the way for almost a year. We changed a lot of things last minute, and it was not an issue at all with them. They even let me come in the day before my wedding to set everything up, so we didn’t have to worry about the décor being ready on time. I was able to see everything set up before the wedding, which most brides do not get the chance to do. On the day of the wedding, their whole team was there the whole time to help guide the guests from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour room and then to the grand ballroom. They were extremely helpful and always on top of everything. I really had no worries, and had no need to hire an outside wedding planner or coordinator.

The Proposal:
Jordan and I had been together for 10 years, and even with all this time, he decided that it would be best to propose privatively at home. He suddenly got down on one knee with our puppy in one hand and a ring box in another. At first, I have to admit I was a little surprised that he did not go all out on a proposal, but honestly it was the best, most beautiful moment we have ever had together (besides our wedding), and now I cherish the fact that we have that little intimate memory of extreme happiness just for ourselves.

What did you look for in a wedding decor company?
We wanted a company that offered everything so that we can have the fewest number of vendors possible, but still have great quality products.

What advice would you give to other Tampa Bay couples?
Definitely plan with plenty of time, we had about 15 months of planning, and it still did not seem like enough time. Don’t rush into anything, and do not sweat the small details because they truly do not matter in the end.
