We rented umbrellas, blue water glasses, square tables, and draping for the inside of the reception space from Gabro Event Services. We specifically chose the square tables because Opal Sands Clearwater Beach already provided round tables, and we loved the idea of mixing the square and round tables throughout the reception to break up the room and create more visual interest.

It gave the space a more unique and intentional layout while still feeling cohesive. The blue water glasses were another subtle way to incorporate our light blue color palette into the tablescape.

The draping inside the reception space helped make the room feel more intimate and elegant while still allowing the beautiful coastal setting and Gulf views to remain the focus. The umbrellas also added to the overall coastal atmosphere and created a beautiful element for our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.

Our wedding planner recommended Gabro Event Services, and we were more than pleased. They provided all of the furniture rentals, which elevated the event.

They were extremely accommodating with last-minute rentals, and the setup and teardown were seamless.

We rented our dance floor, champagne wall display, and chargers from Gabro Event Services, and each element truly elevated the atmosphere of our wedding. The dance floor was a focal point for our reception and set the stage for an unforgettable night of celebrating.

The champagne wall was set up during cocktail hour and was both a stunning visual feature that guests loved and practical because it allowed champagne to be ready for guests to quickly grab and eliminate a line at the start of happy hour.

The chargers added the perfect finishing touch to our tables and helped bring our overall design vision to life. Their pieces played such an important role in creating the elegant yet inviting ambiance we hoped for.
