The epitome of a St. Pete Beach wedding is tying the knot at the Don Cesar. Known as the “Pink Palace,” hundreds of brides flock to this dream destination every year. Tampa Bay couple Nancy and HL were no exception as they held a glamorous, pink beach wedding celebration.
Nancy entered her beach wedding ceremony through pink floral covered gates, then glided down her rose petal lined pink wedding aisle with custom monogram. I loved the mix of styles between modern and romantic as her acrylic wedding alter was adorned with pink flowers (what else?!) and crystal strands.
At the reception a mixture of round and rectangular tables were covered in blue specialty linens and wrapped in rhinetones. Vibrant uplighting, dramatic draping, beaded glass plate chargers and of course amazing pink floral centerpieces draped in crystals created drama and elegance.
Tampa wedding cake baker Sweet Dreams Desserts created the couple’s 5-tier wedding cake. It featured different designs on each layer and a combination of round and square shapes. The flavors were strawberry shortcake, red velvet and chocolate fudge cream.
Tampa wedding planners Table 6 Productions made sure everything was in its place, as Kaleidoscope Event Lighting of Orlando and Gainesville decor company Unforgettable Events transformed the venue. Tampa wedding videographer Voila Cinematic and wedding photographer Phillip Lloyd Photography captured these stunning images and video.
“The image of them doing the tango is one of my favorite shots,” Lloyd said. “Not many couples do the Tango at their wedding.”
