Southern Chic Dade City Wedding | The Lange Farm Wedding
Kate and Thom’s Dade City wedding featured an outdoor, southern chic ceremony under a lush oak tree with vibrant colors of sunflower and cranberry.
“It was a simple autumn theme. We were drawn to the simplicity of the design, the saturation of the colors and the focus on nature as a motif,” the bride explained.
The Tampa couple chose rustic Dade City wedding venue The Lange Farm because of its ‘country feel without being too far from home.’
“We fell in love with The Lange Farm the minute we got out of the car, but the walking tour with their staff really reassured us we would be in good hands,” Kate shared. “The staff knows the venue intimately enough that everything is down to a science – there were no crossed paths with multiple events, no overcrowding and everything logistical was handled without so much as a moment of stress. The staff and their service were the core of all of that.”
To complete the look for their indoor wedding reception, the couple rented textured linens from Tampa Bay wedding linen rental company Connie Duglin Linen. The textured material added the perfect hint of dimension to the tables adorned with high and low lush arrangements in the featured wedding palette colors.
How would you describe your theme?
It was a simple autumn theme. We were drawn to the simplicity of the design, the saturation of the colors and the focus on nature as a motif.
What were your colors?
Sunflower and cranberry. A lot of our choices were driven by just loving the way that something felt or looked.

The Lange Farm provided the linens and walked us through the process. Yet another point in their favor! The product was phenomenal, and I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future.
