Industrial, Hipster Tampa Styled Wedding | Coppertail Brewing Co. Wedding
With such a strong craft beer presence in Tampa Bay, we are so excited to showcase this Coppertail Brewery styled wedding shoot. The venue’s high loft ceilings, open floorpan, exposed brick and industrial furnishings created a unique backdrop for the industrial, nautical inspired Tampa wedding.
“Tufted Vintage Rentals gathered details including vintage lobster traps and a gorgeous navy crushed velvet settee. Alongside the buoys, sea glass, driftwood and compasses, Florist Fire added enchanting orchids, eucalyptus, succulents and other florals that resembled marine life. The cake from Chefin was inspired by Coppertail’s overall brand and chalkboards with a steampunk flair,” Tampa wedding photographer Regina Rached of Regina as the Photographer explained.
Inspired by the brewery’s funky underwater themed beer labels, the design team chose a unique, non-traditional color palette.
“We wanted to incorporate the brewery’s copper accents into our design as well as black details to add some drama,” Becky Daly of Tufted Vintage Rentals shared. “We also used deep blues to keep true to the nautical theme and used lots of greenery to resemble marine life with pops of color throughout.”
As a nod to the exploding Tampa Bay hipster social scene, we love the choice of a bearded groom and tattooed bride, (who is also part of the Marry Me Tampa Bay team)!
“The bride wore two looks from Isabel O’ Neil Bridal: a white, mermaid silhouette with both linear and sea-like detailing and an offbeat, stunning black lace gown with a plunging back,” Regina explained. “To polish her look, May Rodriguez Makeup completed everything with gorgeous makeup and a fishtail braid.”
How would you describe your theme?
The shoot was designed specifically to showcase Coppertail Brewery’s upstairs event space which features high loft ceilings, exposed brick and industrial furnishings. To highlight its potential as a hip, Tampa wedding venue, the gals behind Vintage Heights Studio, a local wedding co-op based in Seminole Heights, used Coppertail’s branding as inspiration to create an alternative nautical wedding.
