Tampa Bay Wedding Venue Ballroom Inspiration
Elegant St. Petersburg Ballroom Wedding | Renaissance Vinoy Wedding
Tatiana and Ty’s elegant St. Petersburg ballroom wedding featured warm uplighting, silver chiavari chairs and lots of romantic candlelight.
The Texas couple chose their downtown St. Pete hotel wedding venue based on its elegant design.
Our choice of venue was mostly about its beauty. Tatiana fell in love with the Vinoy Renaissance after our first wedding tour,” the groom shared. “We wanted our guests to feel comfortable, to provide great food, especially the cake, and host a night to remember. The Vinoy delivered on all counts.”

The bride and groom searched for a St. Petersburg wedding photographer who could capture every moment.
“We knew that our pictures would provide an enduring reminder of this special day, and, we really wanted to make sure it was done right,” Ty explained. “We selected Andi Diamond Photography after interviewing a number of photographers. We walked away from our interview with Andi feeling very confident that she would deliver for us.”

Tatiana and Ty personalized their wedding day with a steel drummer at the ceremony, as a nod to Ty’s Trinidad roots and by including the groom’s son.

Romantic Safety Harbor Ballroom Wedding
Sofia and Austin’s romantic, Safety Harbor ballroom wedding featured a peach, periwinkle and grey color palette.
“I always thought weddings were dreamy and all about romance and love,” the bride shared. “Since my wedding was at the beginning of spring I felt like pastel colors were ideal.”
Adding to her elegant wedding day, Sofia complemented her Spanish lace wedding dress with her mother’s veil, which she wore at her own wedding over 30 years ago.
Hiring an experienced Tampa Bay wedding photographer was a top priority for the bride and groom.
“I truly believe having an amazing photographer is essential to capture one of the most important days of my life. I looked for someone who I felt comfortable with and could easily be myself with,” Sofia explained. “When I first met with Carrie and I saw her work, I knew instantly Carrie Wildes Photography was it for me. I love all of her work, and I loved how easy going my photographers were.”

What did you look for in a wedding photographer?
Photography was the most important thing for me, I truly believe having an amazing photographer is essential to capture one of the most important days of my life. I looked for someone who I felt comfortable with and could easily be myself with. I also wanted a photographer who kept pictures more natural and not so edited.
When I first met with Carrie and I saw her work, I knew instantly Carrie Wildes Photography was it for me. I love all of her work, and I loved how easy going my photographers were.
How would you describe your theme?
We didn’t really have a theme; we just wanted something romantic and whimsical. This was easy for me to choose because when I envisioned weddings, I always thought they were dreamy and all about romance and love.
What were your colors?
Peach, periwinkle and grey. I chose the colors on a whim while looking for my bridesmaids dresses. Since my wedding was at the beginning of spring I felt like pastel colors were ideal.
