I loved how organized Limelight Photography’s process was. I loved the attention to detail and professionalism they showed through our consultations and phone calls. Their services blew us away. Dafne Spencer was one of the best parts of the whole day! She felt like family and captured photos we are going to cherish forever. We still are getting compliments on how beautiful the day was, and it was because Dafne and her team made us feel so loved.

We were looking for a photographer who wasn’t too serious and would let us have fun. I thought taking photos might feel awkward, but we actually had the best time. Limelight Photography did such a great job. The pictures they captured on the beach were fun and lighthearted. My favorite is the group shot of all of us jumping.

We looked for a wedding photographer with superior communication skills. Since we were planning a destination wedding, it was important that we were able to meet virtually with our photographer to talk about what we envisioned for our wedding.

Limelight Photography did a great job of this! I also looked at photography portfolios; their pictures stood out to me because of the lighting and quality. The quality of their pictures drew me in, but their customer service and team of photographers were what sealed the deal! The photographer, Daphne, made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire photoshoot. I do not enjoy taking pictures of myself and was super nervous about being photographed, but Daphne gave me confidence and made me laugh so that I was able to enjoy and relax during the process!

With our venue chosen, we knew we wanted photographers who had a vibrant style. While ‘light and airy’ photography is very pretty in a lot of settings, that is not what we wanted in the aquarium. We wanted artistic photos that popped with color but didn’t want overly posed pictures either. We wanted a photojournalistic style that could fully capture our wedding day. Finding the right photographer was one of my highest priorities because your wedding photos last forever.

I found myself immediately drawn to Limelight’s gorgeous photos. Every picture I saw was stunning and vibrant and made every couple of theirs look like they belonged in a magazine. And after looking at every wedding they photographed at The Florida Aquarium, I just knew I had to have them for our wedding as well.

Rebecca and Michael were our photographers, and they were so incredibly thorough. We had several phone calls to go over our timeline and shot lists, and we had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire as well. It took time, but it was definitely worth it in the long run because they made sure we got every single photo we wanted.

Photography is super important to me. I see a lot of wedding photos that have really muted tones. I wanted something vibrant and fun to capture all the beautiful colors of the ocean (and our wedding). When I found Limelight (through our venue), I fell in love with their photos. I was really looking for something out of the ordinary that would not look like it was taken on a regular camera. I desired someone with a passion for unique shots outside and indoors and who took the time to plan amazing shot locations, while also having the ultimate clarity in all the photos. Limelight Photography did our engagement session and also our wedding day. Our engagement photos were amazing and our photographer, Jess, was able to make my husband smile naturally which is not an easy feat. She was so attentive and our photos are a work of art. The lighting was beyond something I could ever envision my wedding photos could look like. We have always had an appreciation of great photography, and Jess’s work blew us away. Tyler and I both wanted great quality in a wedding photographer and someone who could capture the quality moments of our day, without us needing to pose the entire night. Limelight Photography has such a great reputation in the Tampa area and their services were reasonably priced with the other wedding photographers we were looking at. When we spoke with Jess for the first time, we were hooked. She was very receptive to our ideas for the wedding and was able to take our approach and emulate them in her process of taking the photos throughout the entire day.
