As all of our cakes are custom made to each individual’s specifications, and pricing can vary depending on flavor, filling and design. We believe freshness comes first and use the highest quality ingredients purchased locally and organically as much as possible. We also make our fondant in-house to get the best taste possible to compliment your cake.

Trudy Melissa Cakes is owned and operated by Trudy Rainford, a graduate of The French Pastry School located in Chicago, IL, where she obtained the professional training needed to hone her skills to create beautiful and delicious works of art.
