I love baking and decorating wedding cakes because:
I simply love what I do, not only as a baker, but also as a trained chef. I grew up in the culinary industry, with my grandmother who was a chef at a local steakhouse. It was a requirement that we knew how to cook and entertain. Through cooking a good wholesome meal or baking a tasty treat, it touches others; it warms the heart and soul. This is why I love the art.
My personality is:
I am nurturing, caring and definitely energetic. I have a zeal for life! Sometimes people don’t get my kindness and find it to be a rare trait in this industry, but I believe in and was raised to treat others as I would want them to treat me. My pricing:
My pricing starts at $5 per serving for wedding/tiered cakes, which consists of my homemade buttercrème iced vanilla, chocolate or marble cakes. Other specialty gourmet flavors and icings cost around $6 per serving, depending on the recipe and ingredients.

What makes my cakes, desserts and pastries stand out is I use high quality ingredients and make everything fresh from scratch, even making my own vanilla extract. My Associations/Awards:
My fondest accomplishment is that I had got the chance to bake and deliver a cake to a presidential candidate while he was here rallying in Tampa Bay. It was such an honor and more than any award or trophy. As a result to keeping to true to my way of creating my recipes and preparing my products, I did receive a phone call thanking me for the cake.
