We’re a full-service catering company offering custom menus, fresh on-site cooking, and attentive professional staff. We work at many different locations in the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Lakeland areas, including ballrooms, garden clubs, farms, private estates, and more. We also manage all of the events at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg and Diehl Farms in Southeast Hillsborough County.

Selecting your catering menu:
When potential clients contact us, we respond with our full list of menu items as well as some example menus. These example menus can be customized, or we can make something from scratch using a unique combination of the vast array of options we offer. We are happy to make suggestions and work with clients to develop a menu that fits their style, budget, and tastes!
What couples should know about planning a tasting with Olympia Catering:
Our tasting process is centered around providing our clients with the most enjoyable experience possible. For that reason, we always create a proposal prior to inviting clients to our tasting room. That way, couples are able to select a menu and see real numbers before they meet with us. If our proposal doesn’t work with their style or budget, we can tweak it until it does. The point of this process is to ensure clients will be tasting food that is enticing for them, and also works within their budget.
Additionally, all tastings at Olympia are private – so you can turn your planning experience into a lunch or dinner date!

We are event experts and take each client’s event seriously – because of our experience we always advise on what has and has not worked. We’re always up to the challenge for new locations and new styles of service, and we plan far in advance to make sure we’re prepared.

Multi-Day Downtown St. Pete Indian Wedding Celebration
We needed caterers who could please a lot of different people in our lives. We had people coming from India but also a large group of our friends who wanted unique and fun food, so we wanted caterers who could appease everyone, which was not an easy task!
We really wanted a sit-down dinner for one of our events, and Olympia Catering was amazing. A seated meal for 250 people is no easy ask, but they executed it well. They also offered a meat, fish, vegetarian, and even a kid's meal, which was perfect for all the different dietary requirements of our large group.

When choosing our wedding menu, it was important that we had opportunities to feed our guests multiple times throughout the evening. Instead of focusing on one main dinner, we looked for a caterer who would allow us to serve hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and then also later on in the evening, when the drinks were flowing and everybody was dancing. All of the food was amazing, and our guests kept commenting about how delicious it was.
Olympia Catering came highly recommended. The food was delicious at the tasting but was even better at our actual wedding. The staff was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to be around. We would recommend Olympia Catering to anyone getting married in the Tampa Bay area.

We went with Olympia Catering because our tasting experience was fantastic, and we had such diverse options to pick from. Mojo pork and mashed potatoes are one of our favorite combos, and theirs was killer! We also had a stuffed chicken dish which everyone raved about.
The service was spectacular. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone looking for good food and great service. They treated not only my husband and me with extreme attentiveness and care but all of our guests as well. Everyone got food quickly when it was time to eat, and plates were cleared almost instantly when a guest finished with their meal. One of the staff members ensured my husband and I received food and drinks during cocktail hour and also packed up food and had it in our room for the end of the night should we find ourselves hungry.
