Hannah and Tanner's Safety Harbor wedding featured vintage glam details and a color palette of blush and rose gold.
“I would describe the theme of my wedding as ‘vintage glam.' I am very girly and love anything pink, so it was not hard for me to decide that I wanted a glamorous wedding theme,” the bride beamed.
The Palm Harbor couple choose to marry in the groom's hometown after finding the perfect white wedding chapel.
“I wanted a venue that was bright with good natural-lighting and neutral-colored that would match my style. Safety Harbor is the cutest little beach town and we knew we wanted to get married there as soon as we found Harborside Chapel. We chose it because of the clean style and bright aesthetic. Harborside is the most gorgeous ceremony venue I had ever seen I feel so blessed to have found it,” the bride gushed. “Krystal, the wedding coordinator at Harborside, is such a joy to be around and makes you feel stress-free while planning your wedding. The service was outstanding.”

Wanting to incorporate personalized touches that their 105 guests could experience throughout the wedding, the bride created several DIY projects for their reception.
“We each gave our bridesmaids and groomsmen thoughtful gifts on the day of. Also, I did a bunch of DIYs for our wedding, such as the seating chart and table numbers. It was so fun to see our vision come to life!”
When reminiscing about the most memorable aspects of the day, Hannah recounted that special feeling when she saw Tanner as she walked down the aisle.
“Tanner is not a crier, so when I saw him crying when I walked down, it meant so much to me. At that moment it felt like we were the only people in the room with our eyes locked on each other. It was such a special moment,” the bride reminisced.
What did you look for in a wedding ceremony venue?

The Proposal:
Tanner wanted to make a whole day out of it. He rented a Vespa for us to drive around our town and also made a scavenger hunt taking me to the places where we made our favorite memories. We planned to have dessert that evening at The Breakers in Palm Beach.
As we were walking through the resort I noticed rose petals, candles, a photographer, and a violinist playing my favorite song, I’ll Be, and that’s when I knew! It was such a perfectly romantic proposal.
How would you describe your theme/wedding design inspiration?
I would describe the theme of my wedding as “vintage glam.” I am very girly and love anything pink, so it was not hard for me to decide that I wanted a glamorous wedding theme.
What were your colors?
Blush and rose gold. My two favorite colors!
What did you look for in a DJ?
I wanted a DJ who would execute all the introductions, games, and events correctly and within the correct timing. I also wanted someone who would keep the guests entertained and dancing!
Grant Hemond & Associates was an amazing DJ company to work with and did exactly what I had communicated to him!
What advice would you give to other Tampa Bay couples?
Try to pick a couple of things that are most important to you about your wedding and do not settle on those things. Then try to budget and/or DIY in other areas.
