The Barn at Covington Farm is a private 40-acre estate nestled between Buddy Lake and Lake Pasadena in Dade City, Florida, set among rolling green pastures and ancient, moss-draped oaks. The 13,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled barn features soaring 35-foot ceilings and elegant French doors that open to serene lake and hillside views — ideal for photography at every turn. Inside, a cozy bridal suite, a dedicated groom’s lounge, and a full-size catering kitchen ensure every detail of your day feels effortless. With its timeless Old Florida charm and thoughtful comforts, The Barn at Covington Farm is the heartfelt setting for your most cherished moments.

Whispers by the Lake — $8,999
Outdoor lakeside ceremony, cocktail hour, barn reception, and planning & coordination included.
The Signature Soirée — $12,999
Adds bridal & groom’s suites, chargers, champagne walls, photo wall, assorted table decor, and full property access for engagement and photo shoots.
Golden Hour Grandeur — $25,999
All-inclusive: florals, DJ, 6-hour photography, full-service bar staff, and passed hors d’oeuvres included. Based on 75 guests.
A 15% service charge applies to all packages. All events end at 10:30 PM.
The Ceremony
The oak-lined lakeshore provides an enchanting setting for your ceremony. The brick-paver aisle leads to a natural vine wooden arbor, where padded wooden chairs await your guests.
Conveniently located just ten minutes from major hotels and the historic downtown Church Avenue—home to Baptist, Methodist, and Presbyterian congregations—The Barn At Covington Farm also sits close to St. Leo Abbey and other nearby places of worship.
The Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour takes place beneath bistro lights in an elegant covered space, with cocktail tables, a vintage bar, and a charming antique bar backdrop that doubles as a photo-worthy moment for guests. A firepit with wood is also available as an add-on ($499).
The Reception
After your vows, capture portraits lakeside, beneath moss-draped oaks, or in the hilltop hayfield, while guests gather for cocktail hour beneath bistro lights with hors d’oeuvres and an antique bar.
When you’re ready, the grand doors open to reveal an elegant reception space under sparkling chandeliers and bistro lights — soaring ceilings, antique farm tables, and cross-back chairs create a warm, refined celebration.

We looked specifically for a barn wedding venue that felt like you were transported out of Florida! We currently live in Fort Lauderdale, FL but we both have always dreamed about having a dream barn wedding. No matter where we looked in South Florida we never found something we truly fell in love with. We discovered Covington Farms, and it was absolute love at first sight. It truly makes you feel you are not in Florida and have been transported to this beautiful, elegant, breathtaking venue. There was truly nowhere else I would get married. Covington Farm went above and beyond in everything they did with our wedding process; any question we had they were there to help! Barbara, the owner, truly has the kindest heart and just wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. By the end of our wedding, we were calling them family.
