The Ceremony
The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach offers several ceremony settings that combine beachfront scenery with elegant indoor and outdoor venues. Couples can choose from the beach itself, a Gulf-view lawn, or sophisticated indoor spaces depending on guest count and style.
A Beach Ceremony on Clearwater Beach is the resort’s signature option. The $2,500++ ceremony fee includes an officiant, a wedding arch, white garden chairs, a rehearsal the day before the wedding, a bridal ready room, and setup and teardown. Beach ceremonies are available seasonally, with an indoor weather backup location provided.
The Palm Lawn is the resort’s signature outdoor ceremony venue, located on the pool deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This lush lawn provides panoramic waterfront views, swaying palms, and a romantic sunset backdrop, making it a popular choice for couples seeking a tropical coastal setting.
Located on the third floor, the Pelican Room and Terrace offer a more intimate ceremony setting with elevated Gulf views. The terrace is often used for ceremonies or cocktail hours.
The Dunes Ballroom is the resort’s largest indoor event space and can host grand ceremonies or ceremonies paired with receptions in the same space.
The Cocktail Hour
Set against the stunning backdrop of Clearwater Beach, cocktail hour invites guests to unwind with refreshing cocktails and flavorful small bites. This relaxed seaside gathering creates the perfect opportunity for mingling, laughter, and sunset views before the evening’s festivities continue.

Pelican Room & Terrace (up to 100 guests)
The Pelican Room and Terrace provide a more intimate setting for wedding receptions. The seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space offers the perfect venue for dinner, toasts, and dancing.
North Lawn at the Pool (up to 100 guests)

Wendy joined Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach as a Catering Sales Manager in March 2017. Prior to joining Wyndham, Wendy spent over twenty years as a Catering Sales Manager with Hilton Hotels. Most recently with the Hilton Carillon Park in St. Petersburg for 11 years. Her passions are weddings, galas, and creating relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

The most important element of our wedding would have to be the ceremony space. I wanted to make sure that special moment was going to be as beautiful as I could possibly make it. We wanted a beachy area for our guests, but not an actual on-the-sand beach wedding.
The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach had the best of both worlds with its patio concept overlooking the beautiful palm trees. The Wyndham was exceptionally amazing when planning the wedding. From the start, Wendy Baratta, the sales manager, really hit the ground running and always was available when I had questions or needed information.
The property was very nice; the rooms were amazing, overlooking the beach, pool, and Intracoastal. The hotel staff were very attentive from start to finish. We had zero complaints.

We wanted a beautiful location that all of our friends and family could enjoy and that offered hotel rooms for guests to make a long weekend out of our wedding, as well as an area that offered many things for our guests to do.
The location is absolutely beautiful; however, it was the staff that makes this location amazing. From the first to the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, we were treated like family. The whole weekend was amazing, from dining in their restaurant, Ocean Hai, to relaxing by the pool to dancing our wedding night away. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we know that we are forever thankful to have found Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach to help make our day so special.
