They were accommodating to my entire wedding party, while some chose full glam, and the artists attended to that. Others wanting a subtle look got exactly what they needed as well. I wanted to keep things simple and clean! I knew I didn’t want to wear a lot of makeup, so I kept it classic with the neutrals and light makeup. My hair was pulled back into a sleek low bun which is a look i love and still wear these days!

Femme Akoi Beauty Studio did an amazing job working through everything with me. I did an initial consultation and the look did not turn out how I had envisioned it would in my head, so they allowed me to come back and second time and try again. The girls who did my second trial matched my personality; they understood what I was looking for, and they offered suggestions based on the type of hair I have, as well as my complexion. At first, my hair inspiration was timeless, half up and half down with soft curls. I don’t wear much makeup, so I wanted to be very natural. My wedding hair and makeup turned out better than I could have ever imagined; I felt so beautiful and confident the entire day.

On my wedding day, all the stylists were punctual, professional, efficient, and super outgoing! They did such an amazing job not only on me but on my six bridesmaids, mom, and grandmom as well. Everyone looked fabulous!

They were both so nice, and I loved how my bridesmaids’ and mother’s hair and makeup turned out. Everyone looked so beautiful! They all knocked it out and got us all ready by the time we needed to be ready.

I picked a half-up and half-down hairstyle for my wedding because my dress was strapless. I didn’t want to feel too bare or uncomfortable. I opted for a hairstyle that felt natural to me.
