I didn’t have to look for much. I worked alongside Carrie Wildes Photography for several years as a photographer myself. I know Carrie’s style, and it has always been a good fit for what Chris and I were looking for. She’s fun and sociable and my family and friends also loved her!

I was absolutely honored to have Carrie shoot my wedding. Her service was beyond reproach and the photographs came out perfect.

The most important elements of my wedding were my photographer and videographer because they capture the moments that last a lifetime! We looked for a professional wedding photographer who had experience taking photos at our wedding venue.

We chose Carrie Wildes Photography because they were a preferred vendor of The Tampa Club, and after meeting with Carrie we knew we had to book them! We were impressed with the responsive communication, Carrie’s personal approach, and the great reviews. She showed us examples of weddings they shot previously at The Tampa Club, which was so helpful. Carrie and Miriam were amazing to work with throughout the entire process.

Carrie Wildes Photography was one of the vendors that we noticed on Marry Me Tampa Bay. Carrie the first vendor that we booked after we booked our venue. We knew her work was amazing and did not want to miss out on her capturing our day.

I needed someone with lots of patience who easily made us feel comfortable since we are so awkward with photos. I also wanted someone who has experience photographing large weddings since we were originally planning a 300 guest wedding.

The first day I met Carrie of Carrie Wildes Photography I knew she would be the perfect person to shoot our wedding. I had seen a lot of her work on the Marry Me Tampa Bay webpage, and she shot weddings of several people who I know who recommended her as well, and their photos spoke for themselves. She is so talented and is so easy to feel comfortable around. She is extremely efficient and was able to get through all of our family photos in the short amount of time we had at the church after the ceremony (We both have big families). She truly cares enough to make sure you will have all of the beautiful photos you deserve.

She does not get frazzled when things don’t go exactly as planned, i.e., the gust of wind blowing my veil off my head. She got the perfect shot of it while also managing to keep me calm. After the ceremony, I was really not feeling another photoshoot and just wanted to get our couple photos over with and eat something before our introductions. I’m so glad she talked me into taking our bridal party photos around Ybor; she knew that these would be ones that I would appreciate in the long run, and she was right! At the reception, either she or Joy were always right there for all the special moments and photo-ops without missing a beat. She also taught me how to use the cake-cutting tools before those photos. Cutting through wedding cake is not as easy as it looks. Aside from her work, she is just an amazing person all-around and made this stressful process so much easier and enjoyable.

I wanted a photographer with solid reviews online and with clean, but colorful pictures. I looked at maybe five other photographers and I just looked through their gallery and their reviews. Carrie Wildes’ gallery was the type of photos I liked, but she also had amazing reviews. I called her on the phone to get a feel for her and I loved her instantly! Once again with any vendor I wanted it to be someone who made me feel welcomed and answered any questions and seem easy to work with!

Carrie looked super talented from her gallery and reviews online and Melissa from Isla Del sol spoke highly of her as well! I thought she was AMAZING. I told her when I met up with her the other day it made me sad that I don’t get to see her as much anymore!

Not only was she professional but she cared and listened too. The photos she took of us, our families, and of the whole night will be some of my favorite memories forever. She certainly went above and beyond what we were hoping for. Since our move to Japan, Carrie worked around a whole different time change just to ensure we got our album and prints in a timely manner

It was almost fate because we later realized that Carrie had also shot Bob’s sister and brother-in-law’s wedding a few years prior.
