Having planned most of the wedding myself, Coastal Coordinating came in at the perfect moment when we really needed additional support. I planned most of the wedding but knew I wanted some day-of help.

Coastal Coordinating had great reviews for a very fair price. They were game-changing on the day of. Jess and team handled everything day-of, and they even had someone who ensured I always had a glass of wine in hand and could get anything I needed. She even helped me change my shoes right next to the dance floor.

We knew we needed guidance in navigating the whole process of planning a wedding. We wanted someone who knew the industry well and had many years of experience, but who we also trusted with our vision for our wedding.

Planning a wedding out of state can be very stressful, but Katy with Coastal Coordinating made everything a breeze and is a much-needed breath of fresh air in the wedding industry.

We had a very complicated wedding, not the ordinary for sure. There were so many moving pieces, so many cues, and so many pieces of music and performances. Coastal Coordinating came highly recommended, and now I know why. They are amazing. I personally thanked them in my toast. Katy was fantastic. If she had charged me double or triple it still wouldn’t have been too much. Katy had answers, was very responsive, and I felt very quickly that she could handle the very complicated event, and boy did she. She brought a team; I only expected her. They ran the event like a well-oiled machine like it had been practiced for months.

When I found comparable prices, I spoke with Coastal Coordinating. From start to finish, this was the most pleasant experience of my entire wedding planning. I got way more than anticipated for what I paid compared to other wedding planning companies I spoke to.

Lauren went above and beyond day of coordinating. I spoke with her months in advance. She came to the table mock-up and helped with décor. We were able to use their inventory for no extra cost and edit our timeline as many times as needed. She spoke to vendors before and during the wedding weekend, recommended vendors, offered décor advice, did the table setting, layout, and décor before for ceremony and reception, and details I was unaware of. Lauren and her assistant brought all of our décor, gifts, and valuables left by friends and family to our room after the night was over. I seriously could go on and on.

Lauren From Coastal Coordinating was hands down my best vendor. I cannot say enough good things. She was very genuinely sweet and caring. She was very knowledgeable, and she did more than expected. If I did everything all over again, this is the only decision I would not change.

Hiring a wedding planner was a big challenge for me since I am a planner myself, and I know the importance of having a great wedding coordinator. I wanted to work with someone that I knew and trusted, and I know and love my team so much.

She made our day come to life by coordinating all of the décor, staying on top of the schedule, and providing creative solutions to some challenges prior to the day of. Lauren from Coastal Coordinating exceeded our expectations with her day of coordination with all the vendors, family and bridal party. She blew us away with her attention to detail and ability to stay ahead of schedule.

We needed someone organized but flexible and really great at communication. I was prepared to plan most of our wedding but I needed someone to bounce ideas off of and who would help me implement them.

I chose the Day of Coordination package, and I couldn’t be happier. Lauren was amazing. She was organized, diligent, helpful, and innovative. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but she was great at running with my ideas and fine-tuning them. She never missed a beat and truly went above and beyond several times for us. She was the glue holding it all together on our wedding day and did a fantastic job making sure it all ran smoothly. I love Lauren!
