Meet Mallory Stokes

Mallory Stokes represents Tampa Palms Country Club as their Event Director with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry spanning the private country club, hotel, restaurant, and hospitality sales industries. Prior to joining Invited Clubs, Mallory most recently worked as the Event and Sales Coordinator for McKibbon Hospitality, taking part in the opening team for the brand new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lakeland where she played a vital role on their sales team, entrusted with booking a 126-room conference hotel with over 7,000 sq feet of public event space.

Before her role with McKibbon Hospitality, Mallory was instrumental in the reopening and rebranding of the 100-year-old Lakeland Country Club, formally known as the Lakeland Yacht Club, where she was hired on as their Director of Banquets and Private Events. In addition to her most recent roles, Mallory worked for Guest Services as the Catering and Events Sales Manager at Florida Southern College, as well as at Lone Palm Golf Club in Lakeland, as their Events and Membership Coordinator where she was first introduced to and fell in love with the private event industry.

Mallory accredits her love for the wedding and event industry to her time spent at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Mallory is passionate about and committed to helping people and loves to assist couples with selecting their dream wedding venue. If asked, past clients would likely tell you that they appreciate Mallory’s candor and can-do attitude, while entrusting the most important details of their special day to her. Mallory prides herself on her ability to remain calm and handle challenges with poise and professionalism. Nothing makes Mallory happiest than seeing the happy smiling faces of her clients at the end of the event.

Mallory is passionate about event planning, personally and professionally. She and her husband often host friends and family over for dinner at her home which they share with their four children in Lakeland, FL.
