Rialto Theatre

Tampa Heights – The Rialto Theatre, built in 1924, is a historic theatre conveniently located in the trendy Tampa Heights neighborhood, near downtown hotels and nightlife.

The Ceremony:

The building is a blank canvas ready to be customized for each event and offers 4,500 square feet of event space. A large plaster proscenium arch that spans 30 feet offers a dramatic frame to an indoor ceremony or reception in the open theatre which features 27-foot unobstructed ceilings.

The Cocktail Hour:

Highlighting the best possible mix of vintage and modern, the unique wedding venue boasts original brick walls, a private vintage lounge for the wedding party, and a gallery that doubles as cocktail hour, boasting local artwork.

The Reception:

Couples love the ability to customize the boutique venue by choosing their own vendors, including caterer, for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

  • Weekend event rentals range from $3,000-$4,000 and include 10-12 hours of total rental time or couples can book a ceremony only for $1,500.
  • Weekday rentals are available at an hourly rate and select decor rental items are also available including tables, chairs, draping, lighting, and more.

Elopements & Micro-Weddings:

All-inclusive packages are also available for elopements, micro weddings with under 10 guests, or mini weddings with under 50 guests, ranging from $2,000-15,000. These comprehensive packages take the stress out of planning and include everything needed for a beautiful celebration, such as photography, coordination, floral decor, and options like a champagne toast, cocktail reception, entertainment, and dinner and bar service.

  • Venue-only rentals for elopements and intimate weddings start at $500.

The Rialto is a woman-owned small business that employs green practices including composting services on-site, paperless business operation, and solar power. It is the only solar-powered venue in all of Tampa Bay!
