Taylor and Darian’s luxurious downtown St. Pete wedding was dripping with modern fairytale vibes, an Insta-worthy neon sign, and a vibrant color combination of pink, red, and white.
“Since Darian and I both grew up in St. Pete, we knew it would be special for us to get married there,” the bride shared. “I envisioned our big day with a mix of romantic colors and fun sparkly features. It was fun to come up with little ways to highlight our personalities. One of our favorite details was our late-night snack of chicken tenders with fries snack and coke bottles with our last name on the label! It was a hit!”
The bride and groom knew they needed the perfect wedding venue to host 130 guests and instantly selected The Vinoy Renaissance for its flawless beauty and privacy.
“The first time I took a tour of the venue, I knew I wanted to have my wedding there,” Taylor gushed. “The Vinoy is known for its lovely food and service, and the amazing vintage features in the building really brought my vision to life. I was so impressed with the experience we received. The staff did an amazing job with the food, open bar, and truly the whole wedding! It couldn’t have been more of what I hoped for!”
To execute her dream wedding flawlessly, Taylor looked for a wedding planner with an eye for detail and industry experience.
“We went with Parties A’ La Carte because of all the wonderful things we had heard prior to planning our wedding,” the bride shared. “I was over the moon at how hard the team worked with Darian, and I and would highly recommend their services to any bride getting married.”
Looking to add to their whimsical affair, Taylor and Darian worked with the rentals teams of A Chair Affair, Kate Ryan Event Rentals, Over the Top Rental Linens, and Gabro Event Services to choose a variety of gorgeous details and decor to help make their day dazzle. From chic ghost chairs to the plush linens to the glass leaf chargers, every opportunity to add a little bit of sparkle was seized perfectly.
In need of a wedding florist who could provide lush blooms to add to their dramatic, luxurious atmosphere, the bride hired Bruce Wayne Florals.
“My planner introduced me to Bruce Wayne Florals and after going to the store, we fell in love!” the bride beamed. “I am obsessed with flowers of all types, but I specifically am drawn to roses. I was so torn as to which to pick, but Bruce did a great job of making sure I got exactly what I had in mind. Our floral arrangements ended up perfect!”
Filled with memories and happiness for years to come, Taylor will always remember how much more special her day was surrounded by loved ones.
“My father-daughter dance was a really sweet memory and getting to dance with our two-year-old daughter are things I will never forget,” the bride reminisced. “It was nice because we were so nervous and didn’t know how to dance, but our little girl made it so sweet and fun.”

Pinterest helped me find the natural glam look I was going for.
It was important for me to look myself, but in a bold way with my hair long and curly. Parties A’ La Carte helped me find Michele Renee The Studio after my search started to go dry. After so many makeup trials for months and never loving any, I went to Michele Renee and knew they were what I wanted.
