Not all wedding planners offer design and planning but with our full planning package you’ll get both. This streamlines the process for you allowing you to work with
one professional. All of our packages include “day of coordination.” If you choose day of only, we start working with you and your vendor team sixty days out from your wedding date. We also offer options to include add ons like bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, etc.

Knowing we can ease their worries and take away the stress is incredibly meaningful—but nothing compares to seeing the joy and wonder on their faces when their vision finally comes to life.
Our Wedding Style
Every wedding is beautiful and unique, but if I had to describe our signature style, it would be modern with a touch of moody romance. Travel is one of my greatests sources of inspiration, along with fashion and interior design from around the world. I love thinking beyond the expected-whethr it’s through unexpected color palettes, creative floor plans, distinctive timelines or curated de’cor that surprises and delights guests. I’m drawn to collaborating with vendors who share a passion for pushing cretive boundaries. Our ideal clients appreciate sophisticated, highly styled designs where every detail feels intentional and elevated.
Our Personality
I would best describe us as fun-loving, people pleasers. with a passion for design. You can’t be in this business if you aren’t at least a little Type A but we balance that with a relaxed vibe.
What Inspired Us to Start Our Business
My inspiration comes from a lifelong love of creating memorable gatherings for friends and family. At our home, every holiday and special occasion naturally turns into an event. After planning my daughter’s wedding, I discovered just how deeply this passion runs—and I was hooked. That experience led me to launch EventFull Weddings and step away from my corporate career to follow my true calling. To me, nothing is more rewarding than bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
What Makes Our Business Stand Out
We offer wedding planning and design. What is the difference? Wedding planning is more about logistics and production and less about design. Your planner will be with you from beginning to end making sure all details are considered and the process is seamless. Wedding design is focused on the aesthetics of your event. A wedding designer will work with you on bringing your vision to life. Not all companies do both but with EventFull Weddings, you get the luxury and benefit of working with one skilled and experienced person to satisfy all your needs in one place.

Full Planning & Design beginning at $8,000.00
Partial Planning beginning at $6500.00
Day of Coordination beginning at $3,000. Starts eight weeks from your wedding date and includes a minimum of 2 coordinators & 1 bridal attendant for a full day.
Wedding Related Events are custom-priced with a minimum investment of $1,500.00
I am one of the few people you will find born and raised in Tampa. Before pursuing my passion for wedding planning I spent thirty five years in corporate America. That professional experience prepared me for running my own business and managing the details of planning weddings. I’m married to a wonderful man I met on a train in Chicago while on a girls’ trip. We have one daughter, a son-in-law, a grand-dog named Franklin, and two beautiful granddaughters we spoil ridiculously.
When I’m not working, I’m most likely spending time with my family, decorating or redecorating our 100-year-old bungalow or roaming the aisles of Home Goods. My husband and I love traveling, dining out, going to the movies, and enjoying our vibrant Downtown Tampa and Hyde Park Village. When it comes to fashion, I’m most comfortable in a classic tailored suit BUT I have a quirky side too so sometimes I throw on some Converse with those suits.

I am obsessed with British history films and series.
Non-wedding Passions:
I love traveling to other countries and try to take at least one trip each year somewhere abroad. I’ve been to eleven different countries so far with Greece being my favorite and India being the most surprising. My husband and I have a bucket list trip planned to Vietnam in 2026. The world is a huge place with so many different cultures, architectural styles, and cuisines. Experiencing the world opens the mind and soul for endless creativity and inspiration for my events.

I was very involved with planning, so EventFull Weddings was hired for the partial planning package as a high-level planner and it worked out really well! Karen Cerboni was very thorough from our first consult call all the way through the wedding day. We had monthly check-in calls to stay on track but she was also available anytime via text or call to answer questions. She provided a lot of good recommendations and advice from wording on our invitations to assistance with our DIY seating chart. She even went above and beyond after the wedding and returned one of our rentals while we were on our honeymoon. Karen kept everything on track during the big day which was really helpful. Her team also pulled off handling a few minor hiccups without a hitch. My groom never would’ve noticed, but I have an eye for detail.
