The Yacht StarShip was able to do the rental through their preferred vendor, Kate Ryan Event Rentals, which was one less step for me. Chris, our venue coordinator, showed me pictures of the colors before ordering them, and it was so easy! The Yacht StarShip has a great relationship with Kate Ryan so we chose to work with them as well. They did an amazing job and we didn’t have any issues. Everything was beautiful!

We knew even the smallest of details matter in relation to the story we wanted to convey. I am a detail-oriented person and I didn’t want to settle on my vision for timeless elegance.

We were looking for a rental company with a good track record and trendy items. We originally included items like flatware and chargers in our contract, but COVID put a damper on that. Kate Ryan Event Rentals was super flexible, so we re-worked our contract to include hedge walls, gold Chiavari chairs, bar accents, satin and taffeta tablecloths, and drapery to break up the museum space. We received so many compliments on all the extra attention to detail, and their service was outstanding!

I could not imagine how everything would look together, so Kate Ryan Event Rentals allowed me to visit their office and they pulled different combinations of linens, chairs, and napkins so that I could see how everything worked together and feel confident in my selection.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals helped us achieve the look of an elegant wedding we desired. We rented the gold Chiavari chairs, satin tablecloths, and napkins, which really pulled everything together. We rented a hedge wall that held our guest list and it worked out perfectly with Special Moments’ touches to it. Kate Ryan’s rentals were true quality rentals, and they had an extensive collection to choose from.

We rented Chiavari acrylic chairs and white cushions, gold-rimmed hammered glass chargers, and gold flatware from Kate Ryan Event Rentals.

Originally, I was not planning to include those details and thought we could save some money by using the hotel chairs and flatware. As any good wedding planner would do, she showed me my own Pinterest board and reminded me that each inspirational photo contained those details. The rentals from Kate Ryan elevated my romantic, elegant design vision.

We rented chargers for our wedding from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. We wanted to break up the black and white with pops of gold, so we did just that with the table setting.

The chargers had a gold rim and beautiful shape that just added more to our classic touch as well.

We wanted rentals that matched our laid-back but elevated vibe. Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided all of our beautiful tableware: flatware, blue vintage water glasses, and placemats. They pieced together the perfect vibe we were after.

We were looking to capture more fun photos of our guests. and we were impressed by the work that The Gala Photobooth has done in the past.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided our tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, greenery walls, and our sweetheart loveseat. Their top-quality products paired with our florals created the best possible tablescape and overall vibe for the reception.

The wedding planner helped us when working with Kate Ryan Event Rentals, but I liked the idea of acrylic-looking chairs.

The rentals are really what turned the space into the magic that it was. Being a historic home, our venue had a lot of existing characters, but the rentals are really what elevated the space to the next level. Small details like the chargers and tableware brought our vision of a classic and timeless wedding to life.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided all of the chairs, linens, tabletop items, and a few additional pieces. When I was looking at different rental companies for this event, I popped into their showroom to browse some of their inventory. I saw a beautiful piece of fabric they had in stock and, Kristin, the owner, mentioned it could be made into a custom overlay.

Fun fact, you can now rent the ‘Art Nouveau’ overlay, named for Nicole and Korey’s wedding from Kate Ryan! Beyond this one-piece, everything from Kate Ryan’s gold velvet Chiavari cushions to their Deco-esque glassware fit so perfectly with this design.

We looked for a company that was professional and communicative.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals’ team was so helpful in allowing me to come to their studio to see what they had in person and to help me build my table setting. We rented our charger plates, boxwood walls, and draping from them. The visuals and décor for the wedding were important to me and when you’re planning so many details for a wedding (imagine having 10,000,000 tabs open in your head) it’s so helpful to be able to see and build your tangible table setting instead of looking at pictures.

The majority of the rentals came from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. We rented vintage glassware in shades of deep red along with gold-rimmed chargers and gold flatware with black handles to bring in the moody colors throughout our tablescape and place settings.

Our place settings made our wedding unique. The extra rentals we secured made a huge difference in the overall look of each place setting. Between the goblets and our silverware, it elevated the vibe in the room!

We rented the linens, glassware, silverware, chargers, tables, and chairs from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. They have a varied selection of items so that you can pick and choose exactly how you want the table settings to look.

We chose Kate Ryan Event Rentals at the recommendation of our wedding planner, and they did not disappoint! Their rentals played a big part in bringing the wedding details together.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals went above and beyond! I already loved the inventory and advice they gave during the table mock-up.

There was a miscommunication about doing the ceremony and reception in the same room. I rented a white dance floor and table inventory separately and it was not marked that it was a room flip. This was supposed to be an extra charge due to having to flip the same room with different décor and set up the dance floor at the same time.

The rental team and my coordinator worked together and made the room flip all happen in an hour flawlessly for no extra cost.

We rented our dance floor, gold chairs with cushions, and gold chargers from Kate Ryan Event Rentals.

I loved the black and white checkered dance floor! It helped to create a true dance floor for guests in the middle of the room. The gold chiavari chairs and chargers allowed us to continue our color scheme of the white, champagne, and blush color palette.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals made our design by keeping a hint of simplicity yet giving the layout some flavor! The items that really caught the eye included two white regency cocktail bars, shelving for the champagne seating chart, silver rim and hammered glass chargers, Dali black utensils, and satin black napkins. We didn’t want to overwhelm our table wear. With the few statement pieces we chose, we felt our desired level of elegance was met. Not to mention, the chargers and napkins really gave the table setting balance!

Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided our draping, lounge area, seating and tables, and bar tops. They made our wedding look intimate and romantic. We wanted something small and wanted our guests to feel like we were inviting them to our home for a romantic night, and not just any other venue.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals provided our tables, chairs, linens, lounge, a greenery wall, and a wicker egg chair. They made the ambiance! We had a totally blank slate and the combination of farmhouse tables and round tables was so dynamic and fun. For the linens and chargers and other tables and colors, everything was made of wood or bronze or a subdued earthy green color to get those earthy vibes in the background to complement the florals. The linens captured that earthy vibe we wanted, and the lounge was just so funky and cool! We love a bohemian, rock n roll vibe; everything was just fantastic to look at.

The rentals from Kate Ryan Event Rentals were high quality and luxurious. They seamlessly flowed with both the church and the Don CeSar. Business-wise, they are a well-oiled machine and lend a lot of confidence to couples currently planning their wedding.

We leaned on our wedding planner for recommendations, but we wanted a special look achieved, and Kate Ryan Event Rentals had beautiful chairs that really added to the ambiance.

My family and I own Kate Ryan Event Rentals and do hundreds of weddings a year, so it was no easy task to create a wedding that looked and felt like it was our own. Since we have quite the selection of rentals, my mom helped to take Taylor’s and my style and create the perfect ambiance from the rentals to the florals, artwork, and beyond to truly create a one-of-a-kind wedding for us! We had so much fun curating the perfect look from our vast inventory for our own wedding day!
