Wedding & Engagement Photography
Lakeland, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota
I started my photography business with one very clear goal: “I am NEVER going to shoot weddings.” The pressure of capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments felt like way too much responsibility. And, to be honest, I never really loved my own wedding photos. They were fine…but that was about it.
As my skills grew, I started creating images I genuinely loved—photos that felt beautiful, timeless, and full of life. That’s when it hit me: maybe I should photograph weddings. I wanted my brides to have the kind of wedding photos I wished I had—images they’d still absolutely love years later.
So naturally, the one thing I swore I’d never do became my entire career. Apparently I’m very committed to proving myself wrong.
We tend to blur the line between “just the photographer” and someone you’re genuinely happy to have at your wedding. As a husband-and-wife photography team, working together comes pretty naturally to us—and we bring that same team mentality to every wedding. We build real relationships with our couples and love doing the same with the vendors we work alongside. Weddings are a team sport, and we believe the best experience happens when everyone is working together, enjoying each other, and invested in making the day incredible. We’ll always be professional—but we’re probably going to leave as friends.
My ideal clients care about beautiful photography, but care even more about the people in the photos. They have great taste, a sense of humor, and are excited to actually enjoy their wedding day. They trust us to do what we do best, aren’t afraid to have a little fun, and understand that sometimes “just one more photo” really does mean five more.
I married my high school sweetheart and then roped him into being my second shooter. We are currently raising 4 kids.
We have 4 kids together and go line dancing together nearly every week.
Over coffee or cocktails
any little trinkets highlighting local places or business. (I love Florida!) or a Starbucks gift card.
One of our favorite parts of this industry has been the relationships we’ve built along the way. We love connecting with other vendors, referring people we trust, and being part of a wedding community where we’re genuinely excited to see familiar faces on the vendor list.
