I opened MDP Events in honor of my best friend, Maggie Dundon Potter who loved weddings and the industry just as much as me! I have been in the events world for 10+ years and knew I wanted to continue for the rest of my life! In 2016 Maggie and I spontaneously left our coordinator positions in Newport, RI and decided to move to Boston together. We always said we would start an event planning company together, but she sadly passed in 2017. Now I have the most incredible privilege of detailing each celebration in memory of her and creating amazing relationships with all of our couples!

Not only do we adore planning weddings, but having a huge motivational inspiration makes each and every celebration extra special. We are all about quality over quantity when it comes to our clients and want to make sure to provide a high end concierge custom experience for each of our couples where they are completely stress-free and enjoying every part of their special day.

Our ideal client LOVES all things details, decor, guest experience, and personal elements for their wedding day to show their guests about the two of them! We love working with clients who want a seamless process and experience who want to be involved either a little or a lot, but let us provide guidance, education, and creativity along the way! Most of our couples have an elevated taste in style and appreciate quality!

I LOVE to go to edm festivals and concerts and if I could have another career, I would be an esthetician because I love skincare!

I absolutely LOVE to travel, concerts, makeup and skincare, and all things food! If I could travel to Michelin Star restaurants for work, I totally would! I also have two kitties and am an animal lover forever.

I love going to Starbucks or also a fun cafe or eclectic restaurant! My favorite spot in Sarasota to meet at is Toastique!

I love to receive something that is special to the vendor sending the gift, sweet treats, a fun beverage, a gift card to Starbucks, or something cool I can use on a wedding day!
