Jojo Baker

Jojo Baker was born and raised in the Clearwater area and graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2019 with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her career has taken her through restaurants, country clubs, and luxury resorts, building a strong foundation in guest service and creating memorable experiences.

Jojo has been with Sandpearl Resort for the past five years, starting as Pool and Beach Manager before transitioning into Catering and Events, where she has spent the last two and a half years helping bring celebrations to life.

Outside of work, Jojo loves Hot Pilates, playing golf, being by the pool, and spending time with friends and family. She’s also a big reality TV fan and a total dog lover!
