Ceremony Fee
The ceremony fee is $4,000.00.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverage minimums start at $9,000.00, based on guest count and venue location.
Packages begin at $215 per guest.
All pricing is subject to a 25% service charge and 7% sales tax.

- Four-hour open bar serving signature brand liquors, selection of imported and domestic beers and a variety of red and white wines, seltzers and sodas
- Butler passed hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie board and your choice of one display for Cocktail Hour
- Plated, Buffet or Station Style Dinner

The Ceremony
Tier 1 -Guest count between 30-50 |
Tier 2 -Guest count between 50-75 |
Tier 3 -Guest count between 75-130
Tiers 1-3 offers the flexibility to host your ceremony on South Beach, with your toes in the sand and breathtaking Gulf views, or on the Pool Lawn, surrounded by lush greenery and a stunning waterfall backdrop.
Teir 4 – Guest count between 100-150
Teir 4 ceremony must be held on North beach
Teir 5- Guest count between 150-275
Tier 5 offer the flexibility to host your ceremony of North Beach, with white sand beneath your feet and sweeping views of the Gulf, or the Gulf Lawn, which provides the same picturesque beach views without actually having to get your toes in the sand.
The Cocktail Hour
Tier 1 -Guest count between 30-50 |
Tier 2 -Guest count between 50-75 |
Tier 3 -Guest count between 75-130
If you choose to host your ceremony on South Beach, the beautifully landscaped Pool Lawn featuring lush greenery and cascading waterfall will be used at the cocktail hour space. If you choose to host your ceremony on the Pool Lawn, the cocktail hour will be held indoors overlooking the Pool and Beach
Teir 4 – Guest count between 100-150 |
Teir 5- Guest count between 150-275
Tiers 4–5 will use the Gulf Lawn for cocktail hour, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the beach with the sun setting over the Gulf.
The Reception
Tier 1 -Guest count between 30-50
Tier 1 offers the option to host your entire event outdoors, with the dinner reception on the Pool Lawn or in the Cove Ballroom, which overlooks the beach and Gulf—perfect for sunsets!
Tier 2 -Guest count between 50-75 |
Tier 3 -Guest count between 75-130
Tiers 2–3 are a perfect fit for the Harbor Ballroom, a beautifully spacious venue featuring four unique, elegant pillars that add a touch of romance and sophistication to your wedding day.
Teir 4 – Guest count between 100-150
Tier 4 is ideal for a fully outdoor celebration, with the dinner reception on the Gulf Lawn, where you and your guests can enjoy a breathtaking sunset in an unforgettable coastal setting.
Teir 5- Guest count between 150-275
Tier 5 is set in the Hunter Ballroom, a stunningly spacious and elegant venue with high ceilings, perfect for a memorable and sophisticated wedding celebration.
