Weddings have been my passion since college. During my hospitality internship at The Ohio State University, I realized that creating unforgettable experiences was exactly what I wanted to do. After working at several venues, I saw firsthand how rewarding it was to help couples bring their vision to life. I also recognized the value of working in a variety of venues and destinations rather than being limited to one location. That inspired me to start Coastal Coordinating, where our mission is to help every couple create a wedding that truly reflects their personalities and love story.

One of the things that sets Coastal Coordinating apart is the incredible experience and diversity of our team. Our coordinators come from a variety of backgrounds, including photography, venue management, catering, bartending, floral design, fashion design, destination management, hospitality, and cake design. This gives us a unique understanding of every aspect of a wedding day and allows us to anticipate challenges before they arise.

We also provide two professional coordinators at every wedding, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Most importantly, we genuinely care about our couples. We treat every client like family and are committed to making the planning process enjoyable, stress-free, and unforgettable.

Our ideal client is simply someone who is excited to celebrate their love and begin the wedding planning journey. Every couple is unique, which is why we carefully match them with the coordinator whose personality and expertise best fit their vision. Personally, I love planning all types of weddings, but I have extensive experience coordinating multicultural celebrations, particularly Indian weddings.

I went to a different school every single year of my life until my junior year of high school.

I’m obsessed with French Bulldogs…and honestly, all dogs! I love bold colors, vibrant designs, and beautiful details. I have a background in interior design & hotels, which naturally influences my approach to wedding styling and decor. I don’t like sports, but my first job out of college was a planner at the Football Hall of Fame. I did John Madden and Warren Moon’s enshrinement party. If you know me, you know I have a slight obsession with fun pool floats! I live for great energy.

One of my favorite parts of wedding planning is the design process. I love creating mood boards, developing cohesive design concepts, and helping couples bring their vision to life. Seeing everything come together on the wedding day and watching our couples experience it for the first time is the most rewarding part of what we do.
